Their batting looked short of power and quality, both things that are going to be hard to change in the middle of the tournament. We are trying to look for any match-winners in this team but frankly, there are not many.
Hari Nishanth and maybe Vishal Vaidhya are the two batters that are going to be dangerous but if these two get out early then we don't see the Dragons getting to a competitive total at all. This is a team that is going to struggle on most occasions and while the surface is good for batting, this is a huge disadvantage.
The bowling attack is also nothing great and lacks those one or two established bowlers that the others can rally around. Every team has at least one bowler that is playing in the IPL but not the Dindigul Dragons.
Once again, we find it hard to recommend a bet on the Dindigul Dragons on the basis of its bowling strength.
