Two teams at the bottom of the Bangladesh Premier League 2022 standings are going to be playing this next match. The Khula Tigers will be taking on the Sylhet SUnrisers as BPL 2022 moves back to the city of Dhaka. Khulna Tigers have won just two out of their five matches so far while the Sylhet Sunrisers have won win from four.

Khulna Tigers fell short in their previous match against Fortune Barishal and now have two losses in their previous two matches. Both those losses came because of a failure of the batting lineup to fire and so we could see some changes being made in this regard.
Mushfiqur Rahim, Yasir Ali, and Andre Fletcher seem to be the batsmen that are in good form but we would not count out Soumya Sarkar or Thisara Perera either. With Seekugge Prasanna also in the lineup to help provide a bit of a boost down the order, we think the Khulna Tigers hold the advantage when it comes to the batting.
Kamrul Islam has been the most consistent wicket-taker for the Khulna Tigers in this season. He is well supported by Mahedi Hasan Rana, Thisara Perera, and Khalen Ahmed.
In terms of personnel, Khulna Tigers does not appear to be a weak team. It has most of the bases covered and it is just about getting the execution on the ground right.

Sylhet Sunrisers have appeared to be the worst team in BPL 2022 so far. They have the least number of wins to their name and they have been among the worst batting sides consistently. Lendl Simmons scored a century and helped the Sylhet Snrisers compete while Anamul Haque, Colin Ingram, and even Ravi Bopara showed some signs of form in the previous match.
If the entire batting lineup can get going at the same time, the Sylhet Sunrisers may be very hard to stop.
While there are some players to band around in the batting department, the bowling seems to be even worse off. Taskin Ahmed, Sohag Gazi, Ravi Bopara, and Mosaddek Hossain are the players that form the core of the bowling lineup.
This is not a lineup that is going to worry anyone too much. We would not put any faith or our money in this bowling attack.

The team that wins the toss is going to want to field first. Chasing was seen to be a distinct advantage in Dhaka and the same may be the case once more.

The conditions in Dhaka are going to be good weather-wise, however, the pitch is unlikely to have improved dramatically. It will once again be on the slower side with help for the spinners and the big hits difficult to come by. We did some very big scores in Dhaka but on the whole, we think 150 should be seen as par.

We are going to bet on the Khulna Tigers to win. They have a more balanced lineup with some good batsmen and some very decent bowlers. While the Sylhet Sunrisers do have a decent batting lineup, its players have not performed as a unit so far and its bowling is among the weakest in BPL 2022.
