This next match of the Finnish Premier League T20 2020 is going to be played between the Helsinki Cricket Club (HCC) and GYM Helsinki Gymkhana Cricket Club (HGCC). These two teams sit at opposite ends of the FPL T20 League table right now.
HCC has won two out of the three matches it sits and is in the second position while HGCC is in seventh. Just a single win separates the two teams, though, and this is why we don’t want to look too deeply in the team standings at this early stage.
HCC vs HGCC Finnish Premier League T20 2020 is going to be played at the Kerava National Cricket Ground, Kerava on the 17th of June 2020.
HCC has been a decent batting team in the tournament so far. Khalid Mangal is the leading scorer for HCC with 92 rubs to his name and a best of 44. His even sixes is more than anyone else in the team and it makes him the most important wicket for HCC.
Ghulam Abbas Butt has also provided some good support to Mangal in the two innings he has played. He is also a strong hitter and has shown the ability to clear the ground as needed.
The rest of the batting falls away pretty quickly and that is going to be a concern.
Zakiullah Kamal has taken six wickets so far while Ghulam Butt has four. Obaidullah Sadiqui and Adnan Syed are the other bowlers that can be expected to play a major part in the upcoming match.
The bowling attack of HCC is pretty good and could pose a serious challenge to the HGCC batting.

Two losses in three matches have left HGCC struggling in the early part of the Finnish Premier League 2020. Two poor batting performances have been at the heart of their two losses. HGCC could manage just 104 and 99 in the games it lost.
Interestingly, it also managed to score just 107 in the match it did win.
This lack of runs is going to be a major concern as it gets ready to take on HCC.
Not a single batsman has been able to total more than 50 runs in the FPL T20 so far. Faizal Shahzad and Pankaj Saharan are the two players that have the most runs to their name but that is not saying much.
Among the bowling, Atti ur Rahman and Pankaj Saharan are the stand out performers so far.
HGCC seems to be struggling for any sort of consistency and its players have been underwhelming in the matches they have played. It will take something very special for them to be able to overcome HCC in this match.

The weather forecast for this match is pretty good. A sunny day with some clouds around has been predicted. The pitch is slow in nature and that is not going to change. The batsmen will have to struggle to get their runs and the bowlers will dominate for the most part.
A total of around 130-140 is a very good one on this pitch.
We think that HCC should be able to win this match. It has the better batting and has more power in its ranks. Both teams are vulnerable to collapse, though, as the batting depth is pretty poor. Still, we think HCC just edges this contest in most aspects.
