The conditions in Hambantota are very good for cricket. There is no rain predicted for match day and the pitch is expected to be a batting beauty. The boundaries at this ground are not the longest and the outfield is very fast. The ball also comes nicely onto the bat. All of this indicates that a high-scoring match is in store. We think something around 170 should be seen as par batting first but that teams would aim for 180-190 for sure.
