Karamazov shuffle


This is a pattern for four jugglers A, B, C and D. It can be juggled on a four count. A, B, C and D stand in a square as shown below. A passes with B and C passes with D.

After the first pass, each juggler moves clockwise as shown by the red lines, until they are all standing in a line.

Then A passes with D while B and C do selfs.

After the second pass, each juggler moves clockwise again, until they are standing in a square.

Then A passes with B and C passes with D.

This diagram is just like the first one, except all the jugglers have moved around.
