Highgate Circle


This is a variation I worked out for the four person pattern trefoil. It can be juggled on a six count or a four count (you could try three count too). It's based on a square rather than a triangle. If you're standing at the corner of the square you pass with someone else standing at a corner and if you're standing at a midpoint of a side you pass with someone else standing at a midpoint. Also you make 3 passes at a corner, but you only make one pass from a midpoint before moving. Here's the diagram for the first pass:

C and D stand still while everyone else moves in the direction of the red arrows.

Now E and B stand still while everyone else moves in the direction of the red arrows.

This diagram is just like the first one, except all the jugglers have moved around.
