Four Person Benzene Ring

This is a pattern for four jugglers A, B, C and D. It can be juggled on a four count or a three count (much faster). A and B feed C and D, who run around each other in the middle. On the first pass A passes with C and B passes with D. This is shown below:

After the first pass, C turns to pass with B and D turns to pass with A. A and B's first passes should be long to help C and D to turn. The second pass is shown below:

After the second pass, C and D move right and make their third pass with the same jugglers as the second. This pass is shown in the next diagram:

After the third pass, C turns to pass with A and D turns to pass with B.

After the fourth pass, C and D move right. The pattern then repeats from the start.
