To Access The Hidden Bonus Game (US version):

To access the hidden barrel mode without completing expert mode, do the following: Highlight the practice menu and press: Select, Up, Up, Right, Up, Right, Up, Select. Then you can enter the practice mode with the barrel game as a new option. Note: you can't save this to the memory Card.

To unlock the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th options in Options plus, you must beat Gouki/Akuma instead of Vega as your final opponent. To do this, set the Enemy to Plus mode in Options plus and win without continuing. You can either beat him or win by time out. Doing this will unlock:

Training partner, Fix/Move Player 2 controls the second character in Training mode. No life meters just lots of fighting Note: This option only is available if a controller is plugged into the second port of the Playstation.

Super combo gage,

Super cancel limit, On/Off Supers are able to be chained very easily in Training mode if you turn this to Off, like-Supers are also chainable this way

Otedama, On/Off In Training mode any hits that connect with an airborne opponent cause him to be knocked back slightly slower than normal, allowing for more juggling

To Access The Hidden Bonus Game (Japanese version):

First, place your cursor on the Practice Mode. Press Start once, then Up, Up, Right, Up, Right, Up. Press Start again, it should say "Here Comes A New Game Mode" at the bottom. When you enter the Practice Mode now, you should see a 3rd option, "Bonus Game".

To Access The Hidden Characters (Japanese version):

It is possible to access the hidden characters without going through the Training mode. First, go to the main menu, place your cursor on the Practice Mode. Press Start once, then Up, Right, Down, Right. Press Start again, it should say "Here Comes A New Challenger" at the bottom. Now you can use Evil Ryu, Evil Hokuto, Cycloid Beta and Gamma.
