Flames Of Revenge


Flames Of Revenge can be considered a sort of preview of my upcoming PWAD "City Of Dis" a hub structured map featuring 4 maps (including Flames Of Revenge). The file "B79FLAMES.WAD" contains a single level which is essentially shaped as a labyrinth; the gameplay is based on the same concept of "Final Doom: Plutonia Experiment" MAP11 - Hunted: the player is trapped in a labyrith whose corridors are roamed by a number of Arch-Viles freed from some cages at the very start of the map.

Requirements:
To play this PWAD you will need a copy of the DOOM2 IWAD (DOOM2.WAD), as well as a copy of version 1.23 beta33 (or higher) of the excellent Doom source port ZDoom. Obviously you'll need also a copy of my PWAD ;).
Description:
Flames Of Revenge features some custom textures, sounds and music (in S3M format). The ZDoom features used in this level are not many and include: slopes, a skybox and ACS scripting.

This PWad is based on a custom level made by Treks for the game Blood by Monolith. To play this Pwad you'll need a copy of Final Doom - Evilution (TNT.WAD) and BOOM or MBF or any other port that supports BOOM features. Enjoy!


Please note that this file will not run with the Doom2 IWAD file (DOOM2.WAD) since it uses textures from the TNT.WAD IWAD file.
