In the beautifull place Javornik lies this big stand alone vacation home, for 6 persons, nearby Trutnov and Vrchlabi, near the great wintersports areas. In the summer it is a great area for taking a walk and (mountain)biking.

Division:

Entrance, hall, livingroom with color TV and video, diningroom, kitchen with 4 hot plates, fridge and coffee machine, bathroom with bath, washing-stand and a toilet. On the first floor 2 large sleeping rooms, 4 beds and 2 beds. Washing machine on the landing. The wing of the house consists of a garage, workshop with table-tennis, woodstore.

Special features:

Central heatening with coal, parking lot. Large garden with fire place and swing. Brook in front of the house, large meadow behind the house. In winter you can ski in Vrchlabi or Janské Lázne. Little shop in the village (300 m), restaurant and shops in Rudnik (2 km), Hostinne (8 km) and Trutnov (15 km). Bed-clothes and towels to be taken by yourself or to be rent at the key-address. Current costs are free up to 100 KW a week. At arrival you will have to go bail for 200 Dutch Guilders.

Price information:

20 june till 12 september, 19 december till 7 januari and 13 februari till 28 februari the rental price for the house is 275 Euro for one week. During the winter you have to pay an extra 45 Euro for fuel. For cleaning at the end of the rental period you pay 25 Euro.
