what does it do? The macro file lets you render seamless tile images for use as web page backgrounds, image maps, etc. You can:

• Create tiles from any POV-Ray pigment or texture
• Create tiles of any POV-Ray object, or create tiles using multiple randomly scaled, rotated, and positioned copies of any object
• Create tiles using blobs, to blend textures in an organic way
• Set the tile size (detail level and aspect ratio) and tiling directions (horizontal and/or vertical) for all the above tile types
• Generate random lighting for your texture, object, and blob tiles
• Create infinite random pigments, textures, or wood textures with a single seed value (for creating tiles or using in other scenes)
• Create infinite random tiles with a single seed value (the macro automatically chooses combinations of the above features)
• Combine multiple tile types and options for complex layered tiles

so where can i get it? Download TILEGEN.ZIP (5 Kb) and extract it to a temporary directory. The file includes the Tile Generator macro file, quick reference documentation, and sample tiles for you to render.
