Nice site! But I have a big problem which is, as far as I can see, not addressed here. My 11 months old unneutered male mini rex circles my feet and urinates at them as soon as he gets out of the cage. He does not do that with my boyfriend, only with me. He also chases me and constantly runs in front of my feet. He is not aggressive, does not bite me or anything. He is very lovable and licks our hands and legs. But the urinating behaviour is unbearable. I have to change pants and socks around 4 times in 30 minutes. We do not want to neuter him as we think this is unnatural and cruel to an animal. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be more than happy to hear them. Vada

I just rescued a bunny that someone dumped on the side of the road.It looks the American Chinchilla shown in your photos. I took her to the vet and she got a clean bill of health. Now I'm looking for info about the care of and behavior of bunnies.

I am absolutely mad about bunnies. They're the cutest. I have 16 now and that's enough (I must have been approximately 1-2 days late with the neuterings! but the babes are so cute I don't mind!) If anyone knows a solution to my male rabbits fighting (they were all neutered about 2-3 months ago and are about 6 months old) I would be eternally greatful. At the moment I have to separate them, but I can tell that they miss the company that they once had. When they get together though - biting, fur everywhere y u name it - world war 3 almost. Any ideas please!!!????!!! Thanks for all the other info. Anyone that's as mad about Bunnies as I am is cool in my book. Debs

I own a mini rex his name is sir spencer lot i call him spencer for short. he is the best thing that has come into my life in a long time. he makes me laugh and he knows when i am sad. he sleeps with me and kisses me goodnight along with nibbling on my hair every now and then. overall owning a rabbit was the best investment i have made. i would not trade me for anything in the world. if someone special comes into my life they have to take the rabbit along with me or they can keep on their own way.

Thanks so much for all the information. I found your site to be very informative. We just got our bunny about 1 month ago. The approx. age of the rabbit is 2 mos. The name of the rabbit is Marshmellow. As you can guess it is white. We are not sure o the sex of the rabbit. It might be too early to tell?
