Gulf War:
General Schwarzkopf brilliantly masterminded the war in the Gulf. He is best remembered for his "Hail Mary" tactic during the war. He moved US and Coalition Divisions deep along the Saudi Arabian-Iraqi border and moved inside Iraq behind the Iraqi divisions having them cut off from Baghdad. It was a giant left hook and was executed perfectly. Schwarzkopf also had full control of all the US military branches. The last time this took place was during WWII.
