OK, everybody just had it with big laggy badly trained poorly equipped amateur armed forces.
Everybody except maybe Iraq, North Korea and Lybia
Armed Forces around the world have begun an amazing process of restructuration. Everybody except the US and the "Organization of Terrorist Countries" (Iraq, Lybia, North Korea, Afghanistan) are beginning, developing or have almoust finished a huge and complex process of restructuration, reduction, and upgrading.
When I look at the changes that the Romanian Armed Forces suffered since 1990, between december 1989 and march 2000, i see more changes there that the ones in the industry of software. And why, because the industry of software is just going up, but the romanians have started from a cheap scrap big laggy useless starved filthy stinking army of young illiterate kids and have reached a level that (at least in the Air Force and the Mobile Land Task Forces) is quite comparable with the ones of UK or US, let's say, by tactics and organization, not by power of course. march 2000
But they are not the only ones that are doing this process, they just started before everybody else, and the only reason for which they are not done yet, is the huge mediocrity and "low level format" of the so-called "brains" of the people who are suposed to lead them - the government, the Presidency, and so forth and so on.
