Double solds and pensions

Today the Romanian Government signed a Financial Document for the increase of Soldiers' pensions and solds by 100%.
Both temporarely soldiers as well as professional military men will beneficiate from this law.
The new solds and pensions are monthly as follows at a rate of 26,000 lei/1 US$

soldat termen (conscript)	68,000 lei	137,000 lei
fruntas (best soldier)	78,000 lei	150,000 lei
caporal (cpl)	90,000 lei	173,000 lei
Sergent (sgt)	127,000 lei	275,000 lei
Retired Pension	If old pension is smaller than 4,540,000 lei	then double the pension

This is not much of a change, as most of those figures only represent a poor few dollars/month for people who engage heavy training in order to defend a country, and all they're getting at the end is enough money to buy a usual ice-cream in the US, but still, it will be a little better...
