Heather Donahue is missing her mother is fighting mad. The Burkitsville Police continues to ignor her pleas. Finally two independent film makers had taken her cause and released the Blair Witch Project, the title Heather Donahue had given this documentary. One year after Heather, Josh and Mike had dissapeared a group of University of Maryland students traversing in the woods found the canisters of film and sound tape took it back and gave the tapes to Heather's mother.
The Blair Witch Project has been in theatre's in limited release since July 16, 1999. In a moderate 1, 101 playdates, the film has managed a record-setting $25,885 per screen average,. All money will be used to send out a search party to find Heather, Josh and Mike.
The footage shows the trio working on Heather's documentary and this is Heather's project. Heather gathers some interviews from the townspeople. One important person tells Heather of the man in the 1940's who was found to have killed seven children by making the victum turn his back to the killer who was inhabited by the Blair Witch, this is important as we are to see later, also what the trio considers a crazy woman who has met the Blair Witch (why is here fence door made of the same sticks that Heather will find later in the woods as images. Heather and the trio find two men fishing in the water neither of there conversasion is important.
Finally Heather, Josh and Mike find a place to park the car and head out, and this is where the fun begins.
