It was Cinjun that walked out on Alyssa Milano From the December 14th Star:

CHARMED star Alyssa Milano has failed to conjure up enough witchcraft to save her 11-month marriage.
STAR has learned that rocker hubby Cinjun Tate recently moved out of the actress' Hollywood Hills home before the couple could even mark their first anniversary.
Sources say the short marriage between the two 26-year-olds came to an abrupt end when Tate, a singer with the alternative rock band Remy Zero, returned from a tour of Europe.
Within two days the Alabama native had packed his bags and moved in with fellow band members.
"He got back from Europe 30 lbs. lighter," a friend says. "He had lost a lot of weight thinking about what to do about his marriage. He hasn't been happy for a while."
Other pals say the marriage was doomed almost from the start, with the rocker rejecting the former Who's The Boss? star's lifestyle.
"Cinjun told Alyssa he didn't want to make the marriage work - she was the one who needed to work on herself."
He returned to Los Angeles from his tour with the British band Travis on Nov. 11, and by Nov 13 was out the door, the friend says.
Tate has taken his belongings and turned in his credit cards and keys, according to another source.
"Cinjun said he didn't want Alyssa's money. He doesn't like her rich lifestyle or her friends. He hates LA and wants to move back to the country."
"During the engagement Alyssa was all for moving to the South somewhere, but after the wedding she totally changed."
Tate told friends that Alyssa "turned into a demanding nag," after their wedding, say the pals.
"She yelled at him for not cleaning the cat's litter box or buying cat food even though there was a maid. He just said, 'I'm outta here.'"
Now Alyssa is determined to put her failed marriage behind her.
"She certainly hasn't been crying in her pillow over the loss," says one source. She has been seen out partying with her Charmed co-stars Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs, giving parties at home and hanging out at her regular haunt The Red Chariot bar in Van Nuys.
"Alyssa was there a lot while Cinjun was away on tour. One night she was flirting with a guy and playing with his hair. A friend of Cinjun's saw her and told him," the source says. "After hearing that, Cinjun felt that Alyssa didn't want to be married."
Alyssa met Tate, whom she calls by his middle name, August, in March 1998 at a party. They wed at a Louisiana plantation house on New Year's Day. But the marriage soon ran into problems, especially since Alyssa's 14-hour workdays kept her from home, according to sources.
Most recently, sources say Alyssa was angry at her hubby for not staying in touch while travelling abroad.
"Alyssa felt that while he was out of town he was lying to her," says the friend. "When he did call he wouldn't tell her what hotel he was at so she couldn't keep track of him."
"She said he told her his flights were delayed. When she checked up on it Alyssa, learned that wasn't the case at all. There were no holdup at the airports."
Meanwhile, Tate heard that Alyssa was partying up a storm back home in LA.
Before Cinjun, her biggest romance was with Party of Five star Scott Wolf, who broke off their engagement shortly before they were to wed.
Calls to a spokesman for Milano were not returned.

I would have kept the credit cards. Then again, I wouldn't have left her. I wouldn't mind being a kept man.
