Mr. Pouldsden bargained and sold to William Pouldsden of the same parish, yoeman, his wife’s brother, a messauage or tenement builded with a croft adjoining, containing sixteen acres in Bidlenden, county Kent (cleark of the peace rolls). William Pouldsen then granted to Thomas Nye an annuity of four shillings arising from the said lands. Ralp Nye was executor of his father’s estate in 1584 (proceedings court of claims).
