Humphrey, Duke of Gloucester (1391-1447), youngest son of Henry IV, and known as the "Good Duke Humphrey," on the death of his brother, Henry V, was regent of England during the infancy of Henry VI. [World Wide Illustrated Encyclopedia, 1935]
