nne of Bohemia (1366-94), daughter of the Emperor Charles IV of Germany, sister of King Wenceslas of Bohemia, was born in Prague. In 1382 she married Richard II of England. Anne of Bohemia, 1366-94, queen consort of Richard II of England, daughter of Emperor Charles IV. She was married to Richard early in 1382 and quickly gained popularity in England. It was probably through her entourage that the writings of John Wyclif were introduced into Bohemia, where they gained much prominence through the teachings of John Huss.
