Hardcore Gauntlet Match
Mike Mottola Vs Clingy, Chunk E Monkey, Black 2, John Pertwee
We take you backstage now as Mike Mottola prepares for his Hardcore Gauntlet
match, which was set up by John Fenner, as we remember that John Fenner
still has fifty percent of the commissionership.
Mottola is taping up his wrists when suddenly in comes his one time tag team
partner from back in MNR Series one. He makes a return to the APWW Arena
for the first time here tonight in Series Two.... ITS MR PERCENT!!!
Mr %: "Hey Mikey! What's goin on? I haven't seen you in a loooong time man
how are you doin?"
Mottola: "Hey % I'm doin ok. Just getting ready for this big match up
tonight. "
Mr % : "Yeah thats right man. You sure you don't need any help or nothing
like that?"
Mottola: "Nah man I'm good. Hey why don't you wait back here and afterwards
well drop down a few beers."
Mr % : "Sounds good. I'll wait right here for ya. Good luck!"
Mottola looks psyched up for tonights match. He comes straight out to
ringside amidst applause from most of the APWW Arena. In comes the first
competitor in the gauntlet match, and its John Pertwee.
Pertwee throws in a trash can just narrowly missing Mottola inside. He then
dives straight in but Mottola beats the hell out of him. Mikey lifts
Pertwee up and nails him with a facebuster he then quickly goes for cover
but only gets two!!!!
Mottola turns around and goes outside to get underneath the ring apron. He
brings out a steel chair and Pertwee grabs hold of Mottola by the neck and
tries to drag him back inside - bad idea. Mottola smacks Pertwee over the
head with the chair and dives back inside to hook the leg for the one, two,
three. Pertwee eliminated.
Second competitor in the match up is coming down the aisle in the shape of
Chunk E Monkey. The Monkey runs inside just as Mottola sets up a table.
Adam Kohen: Look Jr! It looks as if Mottola and Chunk E are going to have
themselves a picnic!!!
Jr Jnr: "A picnic? Maybe not the picnic YOU'RE thinking of my friend. It
may well turn into a picnic of blood and bones!!!"
Mottola dashes forward, averting a clothesline attack from Chunk E. Chunk E
turns back round and gets a mouthful of Mottola's boot right in his jaw.
Mottola goes for cover but Monkey kicks out at one and a half. Mottola gets
up and pulls Chunk over to the table by the hair and ferociously powerbombs
him right through it!!! The carnage is unbelievable as Mottola gets three.
The third competitor enters the match. Black 2 gets inside and both men go
toe to toe, Black 2 getting the upper hand as Mikey looks wrecked at this
stage of the contest. Black2 goes for the roll up and gets two and a half,
much to his disbelief. Mottola reverses the roll up and holds the ropes to
quickly eliminate Black2 from the contest.
Black2 notices what just happens and works over him even though he's been
eliminated. In comes the final competitor in the hardcore gauntlet match
and its Clingy coming down to the ring with Kaz at his side, which as always
spells trouble.
All three are in the ring beating away on Mottola but finally The Referee
pulls Black2 out of the ring. Things may not be over for both him and
Mottola yet. Clingy orders Kaz to get him a singapore cane that hangs
outside the ring and she does so. She herself brings in a trashcan lid and
tosses the cane to Clingy. Mottola gets up but is immediately overpowered
by the shot to the back by Clingy. Kaz moves in and works over him until
Mike is bloodied and battered. Clingy goes for the cover and inevitably
gets the three.
Clingy then orders a microphone, amidst the huge amount of boos and jeers
from the audience tonight.
Clingy: "You see Mike, you thought you could forget all about me didn't ya?
Well newsflash my friend, I'M BACK and I'm gonna fulfill a promise I made to
you back a couple of months ago in series 1 when I said that I was going to
make your life A LIVING HELL!!!!
