Paradox

So beautiful, so wonderful.
So mournful, so dreadful.

Stillness of life,
In crowded spaces,
Forgotten faces,
Marked by stone,
Row by row.
Longing to know
Of these people that were,
Whose lives were blurred,
Seeming absurd.

Cheerful and nice,
Lifes record precise.
Stories entice.

Sorrowful and cruel,
Such a fool.
People as tools.

Rows by rows,
Longing to know
Their lives that passed,
How long Ill last.
What is beyond these crowded spaces,
Forgotten faces.

In remembrance.
