Other Reasons to Wear Running Shorts

• When running, short shorts avoid risks of bunching up and inner thigh chafing.
• In very warm weather, any inch of exposed skin helps to keep cool. Since I don't go out running without a shirt and I don't feel like wearing tank tops, I have to compensate by baring my legs completely.
• Since I've taken up jogging, my thighs have been looking better and I am confident that women like their appearance. In fact, I see many of them take a look when I pass them on the running trail. I just don't feel like hiding my thighs after all the work I put into them.
• I am a bit shorter than average, so the short shorts look fits me better than it may fit a taller guy, although I have seen a few tall runners wearing shorts as short as mine and it looked OK to me.
• Many women find nylon running shorts cute on male runners. They don't get that many opportunities to see that nowadays, so I know I stand out.
• I even wear my running shorts at home after a run (after taking a shower and changing underwear) because it keeps me in a more "sporty" attitude, and that makes me eat healthier food than otherwise. Wearing short nylon shorts is invigorating and reminds me that I have a body to take care of.
