Hospitality Committee

Purpose: To provide hospitality for Board Meetings and events as requested by the President.

Composition: The committee shall be appointed by the President in consultation with Executive Director.

Responsibilities of Committee:

1. Arranges for Board members to bring refreshments to each Board meeting.

2. Acts as hostess at Board meetings, especially welcoming new members and guests.

3. Organizes food for the Retreat, the Annual Meeting, the June Luncheon, and other events as requested by the President.

Responsibilities of Staff:

Executive Director makes other arrangements as requested.

Frequency of Meetings: As needed.
