Executive Committee

Purpose: To exercise authority of the Board between meetings of the Board with certain exceptions as enumerated in Section 5.01 of the Bylaws.

Composition: Elected officers and chairs of standing committees. Others may be included at discretion of the President in consultation with the Executive Director.

Responsibilities of Committee:

1. ALL MATTERS BROUGHT BEFORE THIS COMMITTEE SHALL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.

2. Reports to the Board on all action taken in the name of the Board.

3. Considers and recommends action the Board should take on policy changes or new policies.

4. Advises President and Executive Director in planning agendas.

5. Reviews and approves Executive Director's annual work plan in September.

6. Other duties as requested by the President.

Responsibilities of Staff:

Executive Director attends the meetings.

Frequency of Meetings: As needed.
