God, please teach me. I have three questions here. I am a 40-year-old man. I currently have a technical job in a company. My boss is always criticizing others. He also complains to me too. My coworkers too are weary and criticizing others. This is not a good circumstance. Since I am interested in spirituality. I asked to myself why I am in this situation. Then I felt that my fear and anxiety is causing this situation. Here is the first question: how can I wipe out my fear and anxiety. Once, following hypnosis, I had a day when I didn't feel any fear or anxiety. Although I was very busy and had many troubles during the day, I was happy and everything went smoothly. I was very surprised; it was a mysterious day. However, it didn't last long. But I couldn't forget the day. Therefore, I entered a school for students who want to be therapists and am studying to learn how to deal with fear and anxiety. At first, I was just curious, but I have begun to consider quitting my job and becoming a therapist. My current occupation is prestigious and pays me well. I have a wife and have seniority at my company. The deflation and depression of our economy are creating many unemployed people. If I think logically, I should stay with my company. But ...
You have started thinking about being a therapist. Therefore, now you have created a new reality. Therapists are the people who teach ways of removing fear and anxiety and who give others a chance to overcome fear and anxiety. If you can remove your fear and anxiety, you will already be a therapist. Therefore, seriously consider the problem of how you can advise yourself and release your own fear and anxiety. It is you who are your own therapist. You are learning how to be a therapist in the best of circumstances.
Let me ask the second question. How can I know "Who I Am" and "What was I born to remember in my life?"
Who You Are is determined by what you create now. It will change continuously, depending on what you create in the next instance. You are a verb and are always changing. When you are changing consciously, you are alive and know who you are going to be. However, when you are changing unconsciously, you will wonder Who You Are and what you want to do. If you want to be conscious, you have to face your Self; as it were, you have to converse with your Self. You can find all answers inside of your Self. Therefore, if you listen to, look at, or experience it, you will remember many things. When you remember some, you release the fear because you are clear about Who You Are and what you want to do. If you know what you are going to do, you don't have any fear. You simply do it. If you cannot decide what to do, you cannot remove your fear, for you believe that you are passive. Be active from the start. Be conscious of what you feel and what you want to do at this very moment. If meditation is useful, converse with your Self well and know your Self well. Then your fear will disappear.
I want to ask you the third question. I think that if I realize Who I Am, I will become clear on whether I should stay in my company, become a therapist full-time, or practice therapy only on holidays. Is this right idea?
Now you seek an answer by using the organ of your body that is called your "brain." In that case, you will have questions about what you should do. Be careful, for you will tend to judge what is profitable for you. What you need now is not to use your brain. It should be so, especially, when you decide where you are going. Answer the primitive questions such as, what you want to do, what you want to be. There is no answer to what you should be. You will get the answer when you ask your Self what you want to do. If your answer comes from the near point of your deep conviction, following this way is useful for you. Consequently, when you think how you can do it, you will slightly use the function of your brain. Converse with your Self in this way. You will find an unexpected answer. And when you find excitement in it, you have already been facing the direction you should go. That is the road which leads you to the glory. And now you have begun to travel the road.
Regarding your answer to my third question, could you explain it more clearly? What does "if your answer comes from the near point of your deep conviction, following this way is useful for you" mean? Does it mean that conviction comes from conversations with my Self, or that conviction comes from coincidences in my daily life? I cannot grasp the meaning of conviction, although I feel that purifying my sensibility is important to doing so. How does conviction come to me? What should I pay attention to?
Conviction is feeling in which you can surely believe. The messages that come from it lead you. In order to receive these messages, open your mind and remove restrictions and limitations as much as possible. First of all, become aware of what you want to do. Then determine how to achieve it. Therefore, first, be aware as much as you can of your feeling, the purest feeling, and realize it.
As I read your answer, I find "invention" in my mind as a keyword. However, the keyword does not have connection to my actual life. How can I see the connection to my life..
Break through the image of the word. Don't try to understand the meaning by your notions, knowledge and experiences; but rather feel the essence of the word. If you do so, you will see what the word means for you.
Why do I feel my heartache during my therapy course? Although I feel excitement, at the same time, I feel heartache. This is a very complex feeling which I have never experienced before. Is this a good or bad thing? Some classmates also have the same feelings. What is happening?
Your Self is sending you a message; however, there are two types of messages. One is that the contents or direction of the class does not fit you. In that case, you feel happy because you want to be a therapist. However, you are not satisfied with the course content or the teaching style. The other type of message tells you that your new Self is breaking free of your old Self. The new Self might be taking over your previous Self, or you may be creating a new Self by destroying old structures. In that case, let it proceed as it will. When the conversions have finished, you will realize your great change. Of course, there are many factors. However, consider these two types of messages. This advice will surely be useful for you.
God, Sirius, thank you for your message. Interesting things have occurred. After having received the message, I meditated. Although I have been meditating for half a year, I haven't been able to meditate for a month because of busyness. Whenever I enter a successful meditation, I feel delight and joy. However, the day I received the message, I couldn't meditate at all because I felt pain and sickness. I became more and more frustrated and couldn't understand the message although I read it over and over.
The next day, my wife brought me a music CD borrowed from her friend, and I found the answer in the CD (the CD was very rare and was difficult to get because it is not sold in Japan). I realized that messages would come in the way I can understand if I sought them out. When I listened to the message, the feeling without fear and anxiety came again. Although it lasted only for about two days, since then, I have had great relief from fear and anxiety. Messages come from many places when they are needed; I was convinced.
As I examined my heartache in the therapy course, I noticed that I am creating new Self and demolishing the former shape. I realized that if I dig out, examine , and heal what is hidden in my unconscious mind (this process is very painful), I can find a amazing treasure which I had never previously thought of.
My therapy course is going to end in July of this year. I want to heal people who feel fear and anxiety like me. Therapists cannot remove fear and anxiety directly; only these people who have fear and anxiety can do so. However, removing fear and anxiety by themselves is very hard work. Although therapists can only help people to become aware, they are very important. A therapist cannot be measured by their skills or the ability of their teachers. A good therapist is a person who understands people's feeling when they heal them even if he or she has lesser skills. Then people will feel that they want to see him or her again. Many people are suffering. I want to be a real therapist who gives people content and happy lives by helping them overcome their fear and anxiety.
I understood what the message meant to me. I understood it. I will follow the path.
