Finding a double yolk in an egg has become commonplace and is
considered good luck, but found the whole egg in an egg is incredible.
John Fellows, a former farmer, who want to make a scrambled egg was
surprised when he had broken eggs, in which there are whole eggs.
Mr. Fellows said that the whole eggs with egg in it the first time he sees
it, will be stored for future children and grandchildren.
Some experts say this rare phenomenon is one of the unique nature and can
occur if the chicken had shocks for producing eggs.
Mr. Fellows, grandfather of four grandchildren, from Weymouth, Dorset, said,
“This is really unique.”
“I’m making egg scramble for breakfast of eggs that I bought from a farm.”
“The eggs were quite large – about one half the size of an egg in general-I
think it might just double yolks in it.”
“I put the egg shell was just next door and did not think anything about the
egg. They also felt the eggs were just like other eggs. ”
“But when I clean the place, I saw a small egg in the shell of the egg,
round, like marbles.” He said.
“I have been working on the farm nearly 20 years, including as poultry
farmers, but I’ve never seen weirdness like this before.”
Robert Newbery, Chief Maintenance Poultry Development at the National
Farmers Union, said the double egg is unique natural and safe for
consumption.
He said, “I’ve never heard of such an event, but this is really amazing.”
“Double yolk found many people in the egg is a common thing.”
“It sounds like the mother hen is not working properly at the time. If the
chickens were in a state of fear may actually be able to influence the egg
comes out. “
“This is the uniqueness of Mother Earth.”
Douglas Russell, of the Natural History Museum, said ‘eggs in an egg’ has
been a scientific concern for hundreds of years and has also been featured a
number of theories.
Chicken eggs were purchased from a farm in Littlemoor Shopping Precinct,
Weymouth.
