The girl was thin, delicate and strong looking all at once. Her skin was tanned nicely, though not to a disgusting extent, her white hair easily cascading down her back. A tight black and red tanktop is about her upper half, and low cut jeans cover her legs. The one opposite her was plain looking, brown hair, brown eyes..nothing special. She looked out of place in this odd village. The sky, which had been sunny a moment earlier, sudden shone a bright shade of green as a figure flew across the sky in an instant.

"...what was that?"

The white haired girl turned to the other,
"...that? Just the monster. Everytime it gets sunny here, the monster comes. Sometimes quickly, sometimes there's actually sun for a little bit. But never for long. The monster just started showing up more often.. the air seems thicker, too."

She tilted her head up, "...they say it's a green demon with glowing red eyes..hmph. It's a cruel beast. See how quickly it can change the skies? All it takes is a second. Something to set it off. There's another monster, too. It's black with those same red eyes. Makes everything dark and cloudy. Turbulant."

The plain girl nodded, frowning,
"...this is common, then? That monster..?"

"Of course it is. We've all gotten used to it, here. It's not very populated, anyways." She scoffs.
"That monster is annoying. And we can't do anything to get rid of it."

She turned, walking away from the brown-haired girl, who merely stood, staring up at the sky in silence.
