Seven month industrial /project training in industries is sandwiched as a part of the curriculum .It enables the student to understand the importance of quality attributes that employers look for. The student can be directly put on job without prolonged training.

Also students from all disciplines are made to work in different workshops giving them the knowledge of various fields of engineering .We thus believe in making a �CONSUMMATE ENGINEER� instead of just an engineer.

• Specialization in a particular field of engineering is offered in the B.Tech programme to meet the specific requirements of industry.


• Besides full theory and laboratory work,around 12 hours/week are spent in well equipped workshops where staff and students work on variety of projects with diverse objectives.


• A design project is also incorporated in the course to allow the students to deepen their expirience in a specialized area and integrate the technical ,management and communication skills aquired during the course.


• To acquaint the students with real working environment of the industries,institute arranges regular indutrial visits.


• The course is relevant to industry and is novel in the way that it combines study of areas,which are in demand in industry.

The diversity of the subjects is fully endorsed by the laboratories & workshops,which speaks of the state of art equipment and machinery.

• Computer workshops & labs concentrate mainly on nourshing programming skills including working knowledge of various Operating systems and Languages to make the students accustomed to diverse requirements of the present software industry.
