INTRODUCTION IN ENGLISH
Yi XiaoPing (ZhiPing, TianYi), Native of Chinese Hunan province, DongAn county countryside.

1. Brief Summary of Achievement and Hope
In 1983 Dr. Yi did accomplish the mining research and design thesis in China. Yi did also pass the nationwide examination to become the going abroad preparation research school rightist of Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and China Education Ministry. The original research plan was to achieve the research degree thesis in five year and then come back to homeland. Yi did go to Sweden in Anno Domini year 1984, and in year 1987, did accomplish the technology and engineering research thesis and receive Doctorand Licentiate degree certificate, and did return home ahead of plan to practise for two year. Most other going abroad research school of about the same year are yet to return till this day. In the complex intercountry international condition at the end of the millennium, for ten year from 1983 to 1993, Yi did overcome all type of difficulty to achieve three research thesis book and receive three high study and research degree certificate (ref. year 1993 Doctor of Philosophy in Canada). Yi did reach science and technique technology etc. four modernization from about year 1976 to year 1993 (ref. 1991 to 2009 naming and English Chinese translation: "Xin1 Guang1 XYZT matter energy nearly elastic system vibration and wave propagation
unity as well as revolution (including straight line or curve path) theorem").
But, since about year 1993, his effort to return to job in China is yet to take effect due to interruption of New China establishment policy. Grandfather, grandmother, grandpa and grandma -in law, father-in-law, father and many relative comrade have gone through suffering of early death. The three post doctoral bachelor research thesis did reach and surpass the Chinese and world peak of science, the Nobel Prize in science etc.. These are beneficial to internal and external revolution, mankind emancipation and liberation. By year 2014, Yi did accomplish the Chinese task "to march to science" since the 1950s.
Yi has achievement in wisdom: "Read Ten Thousand Book, Walk Ten Thousand Li Road", "Ninety Thousand Li International March", "The Stand point and View of World ", Mao ZeDong thought "Sit on the Earth to move Eighty Thousand Li Daily, Patrol the Sky and Watch the Heavenly River from a Distance". Note, earth self-rotation distance plus movement distance along the circle are more than one hundred sixty thousand Li per day.
Yi has accomplishment of more than thirty research project in science, engineering and language etc.. Yi did publish eighteen thesis book, report, translation and lecture material, which are worth several tens of paper and are invaluable. Yi did publish thirty journal and symposium paper, several hundred to thousand email and digital paper, as well as many page of website article, countless verbal conversation. Yi did publish or send out many postage letter and photograph to spread knowledge. Yi did obtain a thousand or more invention and discovery, reach or surpass the world peak of science technique technology, culture and language, engineering, astronomy etc.. Yi did overcome a hundred thousand computer software difficulty and bug to program twenty semi-conductor computer program software at the world peak. Yi did find the knowledge, method and profound mystery for the modernization of China and the world, for the everlasting and eternal earth, and for each to learn, teach, work and achieve health, happiness and longevity. The meaning of Chinese character �ao4 mi4� for mystery is: must have rice, grains and vegetable, shoulder pole; forest mountain, wind, cloud, rain, snow, etc.. Yi did realize the great goal of the people, such as: Our Education Policy; independence and self reliance, live better with own power and ability, work with own hand, enough clothing and food; freedom of friendship, late marriage and late birth, husband and wife mutual birth planning, husband and wife equality until Yi's loss of employment in year 2000 in California; peace and equality; intercountry internationalism, etc.. Experience from year 1999 to present did show that the Canadian and American people and society are astonishingly weak in comparison to the company and ruling class. Yi did practise "Chinese and English literacy as well as understanding of many a language, knowledge, science, education, real industry, peaceful coexistence; individualism, socialism and communism; in order to liberate all mankind, learn good foreign language" etc.. Yi did practise an individual part time entrepreneur for two year with yearly ten thousand dollar revenue from year 1998 to 2000, until being subject to gang persecution. Together with the mining engineering company in Ontario province, Yi did save ten thousand dollar retirement fund, but, he did have to withdraw most of it during hardship year 2000 and 2003 unemployment in California due to company persecution to terminate job.
Back in Anno Domini year 1989, Yi did not adopt the Canadian special compassionate immigration policy for the Chinese people in Canada, thus bring to Canada the Chinese policy of "From facts seek the yes truth and justice, Reform and Openeness" to enable Chinese people to overcome bad image and isolation. Since year 2001, Yi did spread the excellent cultural heritage and knowledge of "Xing4 Shi4 Zu3 Pu3" and "Yi4 Shi4 Zong1 Ci2", as well as justice rights, to help the world to keep peace and stability and gradual progress at the end and beginning of the millennium. The independent individual comprehensive achievement for justice rights is many times as much as the professional of the collective with tendency for zero or negative rights. Yi did find and reach the knowledge, truth and rights for which the village ancestor and others did shed sweat and blood, bravely sacrifice lives, and contribute huge amount of money to search and research. Like the Buddhism religion school Tang Seng in "Journey to the West" 100th Round, Yi did get the truth and the definition of justice rights. One shall be pleased to extend uphold justice rights, correct positively mistaken error, to promote Chinese idiom "justice name does lead to smooth language", "from name think of rights", "give and put name into reality". However, due to hunger, cold and diplomatic persecution, justice rights cause progress is too slow.
Despite long term difficult condition, Yi's science and technique (technology) modernization achievement has already done contribution to the advancement of world politics rule economics. It is a pity that many personnel do intentionally "add mistake to mistake, use poison to overcome poison". Yi did find that the restrictive process to publish limit time passport and other certificate, to dispatch to go abroad, to restrict work in foreign place, and to block return without cause is the worst case against justice rights. The word deed to disallow return and/or cause crisis for going abroad school rightist have done destruction of justice rights cause, as well as native place and job. It is meal occupation war criminal and murder suicide crime. Many a mistaken error has been subject to the bad influence of the wrong formula that two negative number multiplication or division is equal to a positive number. One must immediately correct it as: two negative number multiplication or division is equal to a negative number, and negative number is like an imaginary or false number (see separate article).
2. Rights Duty Teaching [Education] Study and Volunteer Rights Duty Study and Research with Continuous Work:
(1) Anno Domini year 1963-1970-1978-1979, Comprehensive agriculture and nine year of rights duty education.
Study in eight village universal rights duty elementary school [college], one people commune rights duty junior middle school with rights duty senior middle school class [college], and a neighbor people commune boarding rights duty senior middle school [college] in the countryside of DongAn County, Hunan Province, China. Besides textbook study, there was a wide variety of physical education and art exercise and livelihood work. Bachelor school degree, Doctor Bachelor school rightist degree, master (Doctor Bachelor) school rightist degree (without any graduation certificate).
(2) Anno Domini year 1979-1983 Post doctor [bachelor] high study and research, Zhong Nan (Central South) Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Zuo Jia Nong People Commune, Changsha, Hunan Province, China.
A wide range of course from politics rule, politics rule economy study, science, English to extraction mineral engineering speciality. Radio assembly, English study, visit to three mineral site in summer vacation. Physical education friendly competition prize, excellent Chinese communist youth league cadre honor mention. Year 1983 all china postgraduate entrance examination, postgraduate research admission of Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, grant of Chinese Education Ministry going abroad research livelihood scholarship (English language score of 71% was one of the highest in country).
Weekend visit to high school classmate attending the agriculture institute, medicine institute and normal institute in Changsha to learn from one another.
Accomplishment of post doctor mining and mineral research thesis (level of assistant researcher/teacher) to receive graduation certificate and engineering research degree certificate.
(3) Anno Domini year 1983-1984 Preparation English and speciality study at the Department of Postgraduate Research, Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Zuo Jia Nong People Commune, Changsha, Hunan Province, China. Intensive reading, listening and speaking English study etc. to prepare for going abroad postgraduate Research in Sweden, at the Beijing Language Institute, Going Abroad Preparation Department, college Road, Bai3 Wan4 Zhuang1 People Commune, HaiDian District, Beijing, China.
In Changsha, Dr. Yi did receive three visiting Swedish undergraduate student and professor from Lulea Commune in Sweden. China Education Ministry Going Abroad Preparation Bureau was the sponsorship unit for English polishing at Beijing Language Institute. Visit at tourist place, museum, university and institute in Beijing. Attendance at seminar by Beijing University professor, American Chinese visitor, American tourist. Yi did meet with famous professor, engineer, military, translator such as Wang Z., Liu B., Chen Z. (Tan Z.K.), Yu X., Tong G., Sun Z., Ji, Li, and receive autograph by famous lady author Ding Ling who was a member of the Chinese People Politics Rule Consultative Conference, etc..
Yi did go to Sweden in advance without studying Swedish with classmate. Most did plan to return to China in five year of research abroad, except that the Beijing TianAnMen Square Event of May to June 1989 did cause foreign certificate change and delay to return till present.
Dr. Zhong did go to Swedish Lulea in about year 1983-1984, he did return to Hunan University in the 1990s, and later become its president after year 2003. Classmate Mr. E WeiNan at Chinese Academy of Science Research Institute of mathematics did pass message in class for each to become backbone and leader in speciality. He did go to USA in year 1984 instead of Sweden, he later did become professor of Princeton University and Chinese Academy of Science Mathematics subject commissioner after year 2000 (ref. in China international cooperation, China sponsorship is usually condition for foreign adjunct sponsorship).
To encourage excellence for high volunteer rights duty study and research, the Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallugy (now central south university), in Changsha, Hunan Province, should make up for Dr. Yi's 10 to 15 Yuan scholarship shortage from year 1979 to 1983.
(4) Anno Domini year 1984-1987 Postgraduate course and rock mechanics research thesis at Division of Rock Mechanics, Department of Mining and Underground Construction (now Department of Civil Engineering and Mining), Hogskolan i Lulea (Lulea University of Technology), Lulea Commune, Sweden.
In close cooperation with School Mines System (Department of Mining), Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [1985 Central South University of Technology], Zuo Jia Nong People Commune, Changsha, Hunan.
A few course study and research work. SUpervisor O. Stephansson and F. Ouchterlony. Extracurricular activity did include bicycling and writing Chinese diary and postage letter, reading Chinese and English book and journal, playing Swedish folk music with accordion. Dr. Yi did take advantage of cheap travel ticket for youth to tour a few west European country, mostly to visit tourist attraction and alumni in England. Visit at three mineral site in Sweden. Participation in China-Sweden scholar exchange, to receive visiting professor, researcher, engineer and graduate student from China and other country, such as Chinese Zhu W., He J., Sun Z., Lai H., Guo R., Zeng X., Li X. etc., scholar from India, Iran, France, Iceland, Nigaruagua, USA.. In year 1986 summer vacation, Yi did translate and publish rock mechanics textbook from English to Chinese for the International Mining Workshop at Hogskolan i Lulea (Lulea University). Free attendance at international symposium in Kiruna near Arctic Circle, and meet with famous rock mechanics expert J. Hudson, N. Barton, H. Einstein, R. Goodman, W. Hustrulid, Australian Brown etc..
Publication of Licentiate research thesis and reception of technology and engineering Doctorand Licentiate degree certificate (level of associate researcher/lecturer).
Year 1987 research thesis of Yi did reach Nobel prize level with modernization of rock mechanics foundation. China Education Ministry going abroad research livelihood scholarship did contribute to many visit of Chinese expert to Lulea, as well as expert from many other country.
In year 1986, Yi did take the opportunity of cheap stand-by ticket (wait for empty seat) for youth to ride airplane from Lulea to Stockholm. He did come across Nobel Laureate of Chemistry Y.T. Lee who was professor of University of California at Berkeley at the Stockholm International Airport. Dr. Lee is native of Taiwan, and later did become head of the Academia Sinica (Zhong1 Yang1 Yan2 Jiu1 Yuan4) in Taiwan.
The education counsel at the Chinese embassy ambassador in Stockholm did pass to Dr. Yi education ministry going abroad research and livelihood scholarship of about USD$400 per month (ref. year 1984 value, at 7% inflation rate money would double in 10 year), for the 2.5 year, plus return (revolution) flight ticket (ref. what is the minimum foreign currency security at the Chinese embassy ambassador or consulate general ?). Lulea University Mining department did provide cooperation office, course study and experiment supply. A monthly wage of about USD$400 for my 2.5 year of cooperation work, i.e. study and research, would be welcome from the Swedish reception unit. The dispatching unit in Changsha, Hunan province should pay the research school rightist wage of about 45 Yuan per month to Dr. Yi from year 1984 to 1987, plus inflation adjustment and retirement policy. Government ministry should immediately admit and recognize foreign incoming resident as residing citizen / rightist, and of course, world citizen / rightist. The researcher does need to return and translate research thesis or other writing in English into Chinese language for the library or the computer world wide web.
(5) Anno Domini year 1987-1989 assistant teacher (professor) and lecture teacher (professor), undergraduate class director, researcher, and research thesis supervisor at the Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [year 1985 Central South University of Technology], Zuo3 Jia1 Nong2 People Commune, Changsha, Hunan Province, China.
Teaching mining English and rock mechanics course, writing Chinese rock mechanics teaching lecture notes. Assisting visiting mining expert, England native, Canadian citizen Dr. Swan etc. to install and test the stiff and servo-controlled material testing machine (Ref. Xu J. and Liu D.). The installation was successful. Interpretaton for lecture of Dr. Swan who did recommend Canadian rock mechanics professor W. Bawden, P. Kaiser and E. Hoek. Participation to receive an elderly lady from the Lulea chapter of the Sweden China Friendship Association to visit Changsha (and elsewhere in China). Meeting with Hogskolan i Lulea (University of Technology) technician Arne Torikka for visit at Central South University of Technology in Changsha en route from a visit at the JingChuan mine in north western China. Secretary for postgraduate Master thesis defense.
Year 1988 Application for National (Natural) Science Foundation grant (scholarship) 30,000 Yuan with professor Sun and a postgraduate master degree student. Participation in faculty physical education event to win team and individual prize. Free Attendance at postgraduate class to learn Japanese and German language. Self taught Russian language. Dr. Yi did go to buy grape and orange seedling from Hunan agriculture institute to plant at native place in the countryside. Yi and wife Hu did practise successfully the New China policy of "Late Marriage and Late Birth" and birth planning science and technology.
In retrospect in year 2014, the above year 1988 Chinese National (Natural) Science Foundation grant (scholarship) was for Dr. Yi research thesis achievement from year 1983 to 1987 and further need to overcome blockade with and in science, from ore drawing with vibration thesis and design to rock fracture mechanics research which did prove the Diwa Theory of Chen. But, Besides only a few hundred Yuan to attend meeting in JiangXi province and SiChuan province from year 1988 to 1989, Yi is yet to receive a good part of the grant (scholarship) for going abroad to America research. Yi is yet to get information on the status of the grant since year 1989 going abroad to Canada.
China education ministry should extend the going abroad research livelihood scholarship from Asia and Europe to America, which is a relatively new continent with a lack of justice rights.
Yi did also meet with president of the Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [Central South University of Technology]: Chen XinMin, Luo La, He JiShan, Wang DianZuo.
(6) Anno Domini year 1989-1993 Postgraduate course and research thesis at Queen's University School of Graduate Study and Research, Faculty of Application Science, Department of Mining Engineering, Kingston, Canada. Also Laurentian University School of Graduate Study and Research, Geomechanics Research Center and Engineering Department, Sudbury, Ontario province. Also University of Toronto School of Graduate Study and Research, Department of Civil Engineering, Toronto, Canada. In cooperation with Chinese Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (1985 Central South University of Technology), Zuo3 Jia1 Nong2 People Commune, Changsha, Hunan Province. In association with Princeton University English TOEFL Education Service test score of 600, and Massachusettes Institute of Technology, Department of Civil Engineering, U.S.A.. Year 1989 Master admission letter plus year 1991 short course with Professor H. Einstein etc. at 33rd US Rock Mechanics Symposium, New Mexico state.
Course at above three university and research work at Laurentian University. Yi did write a letter in 1990 to Prime Minister Brian Mulroney to propose China Canada cooperation in mining. Yi, together with D. McCreath and L. Castro, did go to nine mineral site to investigate underground rockburst problem and support practice. Dr. Yi did attend one International symposium in U.S.A. and help another one in Canada. Yi did propose opportunity for Canada-China scholar exchange, and receive visiting Chinese scholar from Sichuan and Hunan (ref. Huang, Peng, Liu, Liu). Yi did discuss with scholar from all over the world. There were friendship activity with overseas Chinese people in Sudbury. Yi did self-teach computer programming with 286 Zenith laptop computer and TURBO C/C++ to strive to be an independent entrepreneur. Dr. Yi did gain year 1993-1994 Graduate Thesis Award from the 1993 International Symposium in Xian, China and Canadian Tunnelling Association. Yi did Write family letter and invite and assist wife to study for postgraduate medical research degree. Yi did send Chinese letter and donate USD$50 money order to DongAn YaoXiang High Middle School Alumni Association. In 1989, Dr. Yi did not use the Canadian Special Immigration policy for Chinese expert on compassionate ground, and did bring peace and the Chinese "From facts seek the yes truth and justice" policy to Canada. Dr. Yi did study the Christian religion and bible with Jehovah's Witness lady Betti with her son and daughter John and Deb in Kingston, and Rod with his wife in Sudbury. Yi did attend Chinese Missionary Church on Sunday in Sudbury with Chinese overseas people. Dr. Yi did submit post doctor bachelor research thesis and receive Doctor of Philosophy Degree certificate from Queens University (level of researcher / associate professor).
Later Yi did find that the foreigner has a serious misunderstanding and mispractice about religion, which did originate from Buddhism religion and should extend uphold justice rights. Dr. Yi did find in year 2008 that the 1983 research and design thesis in China in Chinese language, year 1987 research thesis in Sweden in English, and/or year 1993 thesis in Canada in English did reach the level of the International Society of Rock Mechanics ROCHA medal, the level of the Nobel Prize in Physics, Science etc., and, of course, domestic science or engineering prize of various country. There were the peak of mining engineering and rock mechanics, science and technique, technology and engineering etc.. There were the fourth part, i.e. last part, of the Chinese four modernization.
Graduate supervisor P. Kaiser in Sudbury did go on to become the president of the International Society of Rock Mechanics in about year 1994. Queens University J. Archibald was graduate research advisor. In Canada and American meeting in New Mexico state Yi did meet with world famous professor or engineer E. Hoek, W. Bawden, P. Calder, F. Hasani, M. Aubertine, H. Einstein, Australian Brady, Chinese lady professor Chen, 1979-1983 classmate Hu. In year 1993, Dr. Yi did go to China Xian city to present paper at International Symposium, where he did report new discovery of unity theory of wave propagation and vibration when reviewing the paper to prepare for presentation. In order to return to China to attend this symposium, Dr. Yi did borrow CND$1000 from a Chinese Master research fellow in Sudbury, Canada. After the symposium, Dr. Yi did spend one month in China to look for job and visit family. Year 1993 was about the peak year for the Chinese four modernization. It was the limit time of the year 1989 dispatching unit Going Abroad Agreement with year 1988 - 1989 waist injury in preparation to go abroad, and the year 1990 interruption of the Going Abroad Agreement, as well as limit time passport, that did prevent Dr. Yi from return to original job in Changsha or any other job in China. In retrospect, it was probably a peak of the real New China socialist and communist system. Dr. Yi did not have opportunity or condition to spread truth and science in China or abroad.
The researcher does need to return and translate research thesis or other writing in English into Chinese language for the library or the computer world wide web. Laurentian University and Queens University did provide office desk, course study (plus one course at University of Toronto) and experiment supply, as well as monthly fellowship of about CND$900 (about USD$800). The education counsel at the Chinese ambassador embassy in Toronto should pass over the education ministry going abroad research and livelihood scholarship of about USD$400 per month (ref. year 1984 value, at 7% inflation rate money would double in 10 year), for the 3.5 year, plus return (revolution) flight ticket (ref. what is the minimum foreign currency security at the Chinese embassy ambassador or consulate general ?). The dispatching unit in Changsha, Hunan province should pay the regular lecturer wage for the same period, plus inflation adjustment and retirement policy (ref. year 1979-1989 classmate at the same institute). Government ministry should admit and recognize foreign incoming resident as residing citizen / rightist, and of course, world citizen / rightist.
(7) Anno Domini year 1993-1995 Post doctor research engineer at Geomechanics Research Center, Laurentian University Geomechanics Research Centre, Sudbury, Province of Ontario, Dominion of Canada.
With Canadian experience, Yi did further study rockburst problem with professor and engineer from South Africa. Yi did also study Canadian underground tunnel excavation for the permanent storage of nuclear waste, computer modelling for field testing of tubular rockbolt with grout. Yi did continue to use 286 laptop computer and Turbo C/C++ to program graphics and data processing software at home to be an independent entrepreneur. Yi did meet with visiting Chinese scholar, such as Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [Central South University of Technology] professor Peng S. and president Huang BoYun team, NanJing University professor and finger ink calligraphy master Chen H., geology and mining scholar from Sichuan MianYang Construction Material Institute Mr. Peng and Mr. Liu etc., as well as Sudbury professor Huang J..
Yi did translate two paper for publication for visiting Chinese post-doctoral scholar Liu and Canadian host professor (Indian native) in spare time. Yi did continue to participate in Chinese postgraduate school weekend activity. Yi did attend a 4th year undergraduate course on "Artificial Intelligence", use C/C++ to program the Hexxagon checker game successfuly in a short period of time. Yi did attend "Basic French" faculty class.
Dr. Yi did join with professor Kaiser etc., to apply for National Science and Engineering Research Council strategic grant. But, professor did not agree to let me work part time when I did depart for Montreal. Earlier, the laboratory manager Maloney did not like Yi's idea to keep the science peak experimental research instrument setup in basement for popular education.
In retrospect in year 2016, because individual independent employment has no payment, company goal is money and occupation of job product, so, year 1995 was the peak of research at Laurentian University. Company job did turn out to be less stable than university, to be an extension of university which does not have product. University does occupy postgraduate research knowledge and product to sell course textbook to undergraduate, and to sell research product to company which does polish it to sell to public and ministry [government]. However, university and institute should be extension of rights duty education, and should be volunteer rights duty study and research practice unit, it should be as independent as possible to prepare for ministry of various level and extent. They should practise "Open door study, diligent work and affordable study, from society back to society, both red and expert work".
Ministry and company should be independent individual, but organization collective structure is illegal as absent in constitution charter. After graduation, the school mines should return to own home or society or go out of home to be volunteer rights duty ministry to extend uphold justice rights, correct positively mistaken error. Chinese way of stable job does not exist in Canada, USA etc. westernization country except for a minimum number of university professor position and maybe bureaucrat of ministry and government. In Canada and USA, real unemployment rate is much higher than official advertisement.
People are yet to honor the traditional wisdom of "PI=3.14159" whose Chinese pronunciation does indicate "circumference coefficient PI is three place rightist rights duty forever".
In about year 1994 Dr. Yi and visiting professor Peng from Changsha did drive from Sudbury to Toronto to meet with visiting Huang B. team from Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [Central South University of Technology] in Toronto.
Dr. Yi was one of the best educator (professor), scientist, engineer, computer programmer entrepreneur in China and Canada. In year 1992, wife Hu did go from Sudbury of Ontario province to Montreal of Quebec province to continue medical research thesis. Dr. Yi did experience unemployment for three month for the first time in Montreal, Quebec province. In Year 1994-1995, Yi did receive computer science Master admission letter from McGill University School of Graduate Study and Research for 1995 Fall, but, Computer Science department did tell that the applicant to wait and discuss funding with a graduate advisor.
The dispatching unit in Changsha, Hunan province should pay the regular associate professor wage for the same period, plus inflation adjustment and retirement policy (ref. year 1979 to 1984 institute classmate). Dr. Yi would like to encourage and welcome Queen's University and Laurentian University to make up for the wage reduction at the level of researcher / associate professor. But, Yi did not attend because there was no scholarship and the job company was against it. Yi did seek job at the McGill School of Graduate Study and Research, University of Montreal and Noranda Technology Centre without success, but did call a Chinese manager from Hong Kong at NTC to get a job at its contract software company Flairbase Inc. that was a start up in the same year.
At Flairbase Inc., Yi did maintain and improve the NTC AutoCAD autolisp Amine 3D software IBlast design module. Yi did go to eight Noranda mineral site to install, revise and train the IBlast and Section software. Yi did submit application paper and get grant for a research project on computer Neural Network application, but, did not get payment, did not participate in the project. Yi did discuss with classmate from Hunan Tu and Wen in Montreal. In January of 1997, Yi did go for a practice engineer position at the Golden Giant Mine of Hemlo Gold Inc., Marathon, Ontario Province, Dominion of Canada. Yi did receive wage by Hemlo Gold Inc. via Flairbase Inc. for 6 month with the plan to return to Montreal afterwards. Yi did cooperate with Mr. Nickson of NTC to work on stress modelling at the Golden Giant mine, and with engineer and technician at the mine on mine design, plan and operation.
Dr. Yi did live in one storey house with several room for new employee in Manitouwadge town at a place of isolation. Yi did work on software development entrepreneur work at the weekend and evening. Unfortunately, at the end of 6 month, Flairbase Inc. or Noranda Technology Center did not receive Dr. Yi back to Montreal.
(9) Anno Domini year 1997-7 to 1999-10 Two year contract as senior mining rock mechanics engineer to work on computer stress modelling at the Golden Giant Mine, Williams Mine and David Bell Mine in the Marathon Township (ref. Hemlo Gold Inc., Williams Operating Corporation, Battle Mountain Gold, Newmont Mining, Homestate mining and Teck Company, now Barrick Gold Inc.). In year 1998, Yi did incorporate XY RocCAD Inc., Marathon township, Ontario, Canada.
Professor W. Bawden of Queens University and then University of Toronto was the rock mechanics consultant for the three mines. Yi did work to apply rock mechanics to design (simulation and planning) and other innovative research. Dr. Yi did use MAP3D to computer stress around underground stope and excavation and improve stope stability graph with stress damage factor. At the week end and in vacation, Yi did independently develop RocCAD software for AutoCAD 13 to 14 with assistance of Autodesk Developer Network, with Microsft Visual C/C++ compiler.
Yi did a little hook line fishing in the summer to enjoy the outdoor scenery, and indoor freeze water (ice) skating in winter to keep fit.
At the suggestion of potential customer superintendent Mr. B. LeBlanc, Yi did close the XY Tech-Services Sole Proprietorship of Montreal in 1997-1998, and start the XY RocCAD Inc. of Canada for part time software development work.
Yi did act as adjunct professor at the Department of Mineral Engineering of University of Toronto School of Graduate Study and Research, Province of Ontario, with department head W. Bawden.
In year 1998, Yi did start to lease license of RocCAD 14 Drilling and Blasting software on AutoCAD 14 C/ADS/ARX platform to Williams mine on a yearly basis. RocCAD 3D extraction mineral design software was the engineering technology peak in the world. Both rock mechanics and drilling blasting aspect of work are part of the modernization of Canadian mineral industry, also that of China and the world.
The success did demonstrate the advantage of the Chinese nine year of rights duty education system, four year of high speciality study and research, as well as going abroad study and research.
However, at the end of year 1999, Dr. did seek extension of the two year contract. Yi was subject to strange persecution by gang of mine management, police personnel, hospital doctor, in Marathon township, and psychiatric section personnel of general hospital in Thunderbay. Autodesk Inc. did charge a few hundred USA dollar per year to be a member of Autodesk Developer Network. A company must keep a lot of paper work filing with the provincial and federal ministry (government). In year 1999, Dr. Yi did move to Toronto metropolitan at own expense. Twice change of address of XY RocCAD Inc. did cost a few hundred dollar. In year 2000, Dr. Yi did pay an accountant to file corporate tax return.
From year 1999-10 to 2000-03 One of the best educator (professor), scientist, engineer, computer programmer, entrepreneur in the world did suffer unemployment for the second time for six month in Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario Province.
While trying to find a job, Dr. Yi did continue to work for XY RocCAD Inc.. Yi did add the Microseismic Event Display module to RocCAD software at the request of Williams Mine. RocCAD license lease to New Britannia Mine and Holt-McDermott Mine on a yearly basis. Dr. Yi did buy a few thick computer technology book, which did contain very little true or useful content.
Because there was no job opportunity in Toronto and the Canadian unemployment insurance benefit was only for one year, and there was a job offer from Autodesk Inc. in California USA, Yi did dissolve XY RocCAD Inc..
(11) Anno Domini year 2000 march � August 15 Software Quality Assurance Engineer III permanent job at the Department of Test Development, Autodesk Inc., San Rafael, state of California Republic, United States of America.
In February of year 2000, Dr. Yi did fly round trip to San Rafael city north of San Francisco for job interview with a few employee at the expense of Autodesk Inc.. Then permanent job offer letter by group manager D. Lein did arrive in Toronto. Dr. Yi did arrive at Autodesk Inc. on March 6. Yi did receive the sign on bonus of USD$5000 which was regular for California job and business card ([email protected], QA Engineer, Design Platforms Group, Test Development Department, direct ph. 415 507-8508, company phone 415 507 5000). On August 15, 2000, after 6 month of employment, Dr. Yi was subject to persecution by manager A. Tsingos who did replace hire officer J. Prewid. Autodesk inc. gate officer did push Dr. Yi out of the company ground with threat of calling city police. Dr. Yi would like request Autodesk Inc. (ref. Autodesk University) to pay full time minimum wage for working in the field at a distance for the permanent job position at Autodesk Inc..
During the 6 month as engineer Yi did participate in AUTOCAD 2000 testing of 3D solid function due to assignment, then, correction of Silk Harness automatic testing script, then, intranet development of test result report webpage in connection to Microsoft Access database on server (HTML, MS IIS SERVER, VBSCRIPT, JAVASCRIPT, ACCESS DATABASE). The server did crash often due to lack of memory and "Visual Interdev" webpage tool without debugging function. Dr. Yi did propose to develop a mining software on the AutoCAD platform, and did talk to a few manager about it. Dr. Yi did propose to support AutoCAD ADN member, but without acceptance.
The company did practise "hire and fire at will" employment policy. The manager did use job performance evaluation as an excuse, a web server computer with insufficient memory, to terminate job. Dr. Yi did have the determination not to agree with the job termination and not to sign the job termination letter. The termination action did violate the people, united nations, United States Declaration of Independence and Constitution Charter, 1980s Congress Full Employment and Balance Growth Act, professional engineer contract and employment law, China USA diplomatic relation normalization and friendship, ambassador or consulate general diplomatic immunity etc.. The ministry (state and federal government), court, human rights organization did all side with corporation. As seen, gang in Canada and United States of America still do "works of death, desolation and tyranny" (ref. year 1776 Declaration of Independence).
With reference to 100 round, like Tang Seng, Dr. Yi is also a legal method master, leader of the legal door. Each one should help others keep job or get adjunct job, no one should terminate others job. Dr. Yi did use AutocAD for engineering drawing from year 1989 to present. AutoCAD 12 in DOS was one of the best engineering graphics software, Windows version 14 did reach the peak. These were well known in engineering field in many part of world. Application like RocCAD 14 for AutoCAD R13-14 does improve speed and quality of design and productivity of engineering. But, later version of monopoly software and computer did become more complex and less good, their change is to gain less than loss. (12) Anno Domini year 2000 August to 2003 people independence, near Autodesk Inc. in San Rafael, California.
After the illegal job termination of Autodesk Inc., Dr. Yi did look for job in U.S.A., Canada and China, and start individual business and pulsehead corp.. Yi did try to find people to join the corp. without success. Yi did practise study and research, outdoor field observation, earthquake problem, home making, home teaching (moral, intellectual and physical education and piano art) and study of California K-12 education, social teaching.
In year 2000 Dr. Yi did pay to take Sun Microstation Education Service online testing to receive Java Programmer Certificate. In year 2001, Yi did take eight hour examination to receive the Engineer-In-Training license of California state board of professional engineer, U.S.A..
Dr. Yi did apply for China passport extension and protection at the China consulate general in San Franciso without success (ref. vice conculate general Ms. Tian).
In year 2001-04 Yi did drive and camp to Vancouver Island of British Columbia province of Canada, tour forest park and MyraFalls Mine (Boliden of Sweden). In August-December in Vancouver, Yi did try to find job and government assistance without success.
After the U.S.A. 911 terrorist event, Yi did write an open letter to the Secretary General Koffi Annan of the United Nations. With many a letter and email, Yi did remind of the year 1776 United States Declaration of Independence, the 1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and "Yi4 Shi4 Zong1 Ci2". Dr. Yi did send Letter or postcard to a few country leader including Chinese People Congress Standing Committee Chairman Li Peng. Dr. Yi did write a letter to overseas Chinese Gary Locke who was the former governor of Washington state. This volunteer political campaign did help change the politics at the United Nations toward peaceful progress.
Dr. Yi did visit six state in North West of U.S.A., some university and homeless shelter on the way, the Lucky Friday mineral place and barren mountains in Idaho state, and gambling machine in Reno, Nevada.
Back in the San Rafel city and San Francisco, Dr. Yi did pursue individual entrepreneurship, software development, reading, study and research, web site domain name development, etc.. Dr. Yi did buy a few thick book on computer software technology that did not have significant true useful content. Dr. Yi did provide bug report on SUN Microstation Java API and other software. Yi did write "New Journey to the West Reality Notes" that did fill out a blank spot in the report literature of "Reform and Openness" and help reveal the true condition of foreign country.
Dr. Yi did attend the evening class of the Disaster Area Response team course of the Fire Department, and of Citizen Police Academy of the San Rafael city, Marin County Sheriff Citizen academy. Yi did attend sometimes the Toastmaster International Speaking club meeting. Dr. Yi did participate for a couple of times in the evening parade of the Chinese Spring Festival in San Francisco Chinatown and the Spring Festival celebration of the Taiwanese Association in Marin County.
Dr. Yi did participate in the Geotechnical Engineering seminar at the Civil Engineering department of University of California Berkeley campus and a earthquake conference via the earthquake research station.
Dr. Yi did attend the Sunday study meeting of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, and visit English, Spanish, Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Cantonese, Russian, French, Japanese congregation meeting, in order to find out the meaning of the different language, what the Christian religion is and difference between Canada and USA.
Dr. Yi did receive visiting Chinese scholar to California. With email, Yi did reconnect with domestic and international classmate and colleague for short while.

(13) Anno Domini year 2003 April-October-December scholar and researcher in the Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [year 1985 Central South University of Technology, year 2000 Central South University college of resources and safety], Zuo Jia Nong People Commune, Changsha, Hunan Province, China.
After landing in GuangZhou, Dr. Yi did give a lecture at the GuangDong University of Technology Geotechnical department. In the city, Yi did meet with classmate and fellow from hometown.
Yi did take train from GuangZhou to Changsha. Unfortunately, the leadership in the dispatching unit in Changsha did cut the one year research agreement by half without reason. Dr. Yi did participate in the Mining 791 and 792 class 20 year graduation reunion, and the international symposia in Changsha which the dispatching unit profesor Li X. and Gu D., and professor from Singapore Nanyang Technical University did organize. After staying for many day in two guest building, Yi did share a room with graduate student in the graduate student residence for a period of time.
Dr. Yi did give lecture on three dimensional stress modelling application to extraction mineral design and planning, ROCCAD 14 three dimensional intelligent drilling and blasting drafting and design software demonstration.
Dr. Yi did participate in undergraduate and postgraduate research thesis defense for three times.
Dr. Yi did go to Hunan countryside home in about July. Yi did visit DongAn small quarry, forestry and several small limestone cave, a small underground mineral site in ChangNing, ShuiKouShan, NanHua university, ShaoShan Mao ZeDong family house. In DongAn county, Yi did teach English, computer and standard Chinese; give software demonstration. Yi did water gymnastics at a small river dam with middle school classmate. Dr. Yi did give an English talk at the after school children class of independent teacher Li who was a high school classmate. Yi did receive visiting Mr. Li who was the deputy general manager of the XiangTan Mine.
Dr. Yi did advocate the new edition of the Yi Shi Zu Pu (Zong Ci, Jia Pu). Dr. Yi did use the brand new HP scanner that he did bring from California to Changsha to scan the research licentiate thesis from Sweden, and old and new photograph in the countryside home.
From countryside to Changsha in September, Dr. Yi did visit the family of a Chinese living in Canada, Dong, in Hunan University; meet Zhong Z. who later did become president of Hunan University; meet Central South University president Huang B. and former vice president Zuo T.; meet some cadre at YongZhou prefecture and DongAn county, and a number of high school and college classmate.
Yi did join the dispatching unit faculty for a volleyball friendly competition game. The leadership did not accept Yi's application to return to work at the dispatching unit. TuoJing Corp. did not accept his request to join in. Hunan University and National Defense Science and Technology University did not offer job to Dr. Yi. LingLing college, GuiLin College of Technology, Southen Hunan college in ChenZhou, XiangTan Science and Technology university, NanHua university did not answer application.
In comparison to year 1993 and before, the 2003 social mood and city building were worse. By year 2003, Father Yi ShiPu (HeCai, TianYi, 1926-2003) and son did reach and past the peak of Chinese socialism and communism, as well as Chinese four modernization, but the society was yet to recognize and admit. Father did suffer early sacrifice suddenly in the people hospital on November 27, 2003.
In year 2003, Dr. Yi did move a lot of book in storage at mother-in-law's apartment in 1989 to unit 108 of ShengLi village 14 in the Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Their condition was unknown since year 2004, classmate staying in the institute did not answer inquiry. For 8 month stay in Hunan province, Dr. Yi did receive 6 month of wage at 2000 RMB Yuan per month.
In December of 2003, Dr. Yi did apply and pay for new China passport in GuangZhou, but did never receive it. One cannot help but exclaim that there was a tide of contra revolution, university and city expansion.
(14) Anno Domini year 2004-2005-2006-2007 No wage payment for work by one of the best professional in the world, California state, USA.
Dr. Yi did practise study and research, website development and publication, computer programming, home making, home teaching, social teaching, earthquake problem, geomechanics, weather and sky observation. Yi did software development and science research etc. in the various library. Yi did sleep in a compact car for a year night in San Rafael city and Marin county, California. Yi did work as an entrepreneur mainly in the various library. Yi did repair computer at a used computer store, research weather and earthquake, observe full lunar eclipse three times and observe the north star 7 star formation in the top sky in the winter. Dr. Yi did experience the false pretence of law, court justice and social security. Yi did write letter to request improvement of ministry (government) social assistance, research internet domain name, write father memoir, autobiography.
Dr. Yi did find the five central sentence of the Marx and Engels year 1848 "Communist Manifesto - Manifesto of Communist Party". Yi did research the right Chinese and English title for the "1948 UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights".
Dr. Yi did talk on the phone with California assembly member Yee LeLand and famous rock mechanics expert Shi G., write to governor Arnold Schwatsnegger. In year 2005, Dr. Yi did meet with visiting former governor and party clerk Xiong QingQuan of Hunan province, who did exhibit Chinese painting in a city south of San Francisco. Yi did meet with US senator B. Boxer in Marin County, then in year 2006 meet Latin American Nigaruagua consulate general in Los Angeles.
Yi did buy a discount flute from a Tibetan culture store in San Rafael city, and send an email to Nobel Peace Prize laureate Dalai Lama's website. Yi did try singing and music recording in the car and find the harmony between the Chinese music "five star flag waves in the wind", American and Canadian anthem music etc., and the poem "Yi Shi Zong Ci". After one or two person with vehicle did steal Yi's large travel suitcase in year 2005, Yi did sleep in the homeless shelter in San Francisco for one month of night. In 2005-2006 Yi did sleep for one and half year of night in the homeless shelter of Los Angeles, in order to apply for lost China passport replacement at the China consulate general without success (cf. Consulate General Mr. Zhong JianHua and Mr. Song). For 16 year from year 2000 to 2016, Dr. Yi did strive to get valid passport at the two consulate general and in China without success. This does indicate the huge cost of limit time in passport etc. certificate, of false understanding and application of the 1980 Guo Ji Fa by empire country bureaucracy capitalist, of false policy to make people depend on certificate, of ignorance of people self power (ref. the year 1958 New China socialist general line was all for sufficient strength and witness / certificate for cadre to go upward and return). Many have gone through "Jia1 Po4 Ren2 Wan2" - family breakup and people death.
In San Rafael, Yi did email business plan to apply for funding from the USA Small Business Administration. Its representative for San Rafael did reply. Then citibank and Wells Fargo bank in San Rafael were quick to increase credit card limit for Dr. Yi. Eventually, the two bank as well as TD Bank in Canada did hire two separate collection agency in USA and Canada to demand cash payment from Wife of Dr. Yi. This was contrary to the Individual Business registration, "married separate" tax status, and corporation act. No ministry (government) agency would help with job restoration or wage payment.
While in Los Angeles waiting for replacement of passport and green card, during the day, Dr. Yi did work mainly in the library and the computer center in Chinatown. Yi did visit many museum, university, park, small city, etc.. At the Mexican Cultural Institute and the Chinese historic museum, Yi did watch singing and dancing performance of people from South America. Yi did play Chinese bamboo flute in the subway station and receive USD$50 thanksgiving.
Yi did visit the San Ysidio town at the Mexican border and see a thin border wall between the two adjacent country. Yi did visit Consulate General of Nicaruagua in Los Angeles, former president of Chinese Chamber of Commerce Mr. Yee. Yi did write letter to Los Angeles Olympic medalist Li Ning in GuangXi province of China, who later did play a major role in year 2008 Beijing Olympics, artist Jiang Kun, Chinese Association of Person with Disability Deng PuFang, Chinese Basketball player Yao Ming, post letter to former U.S. vice president Al Gore who did receive the year 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, former secretary of state Dr. Henry Kissinger, and secretary of Labor E. Chao. Yi did send an email to Hollywood famous movie star Will Smith website to invite visit to the homeless shelter. Chinese lady author Jung Chang (Zhang Rong) in London did come all the way to Los Angeles library forum to give a talk in response to my email suggestion (I did mention to have done reading of her English book "Wild Swan: Hong"). Although the government assistance was better than Marin county and San Franciso, Yi did experience more of the pretence of ministry (government) and social security (assistance) as well as job search. Yi did research if the "Yi Shi Zong Ci" poem may be subject to revision for the better, but, the answer was not, but, two Chinese character were subject to misuse in society, "Ye4" and "Chui2". Yi did work on English translation of the poem. Yi did research the story interpretation of "Yi Jing [Zhou Yi]" and find the link between the 64 hexagram with the alphabetical language and the Christian bible 60 generations name. Yi did rediscover the meaning of Chinese character and English word in the structure and PinYin relation as well as their relationship, spread this knowledge worldwide to a certain extent. Yi did email article to international symposium in Beijing of China, Norway and Sweden. During the several year Yi did not have any income or livelihood condition, or very little ministry (government) assistance to survive.
On 2006-12-25, Yi did gain the bird eye view of the four state of South West on the airplane from Los Angeles county to Ohio state Columbus.
(15) Anno Domini year 2007-2008, part-time work at the Deli-Bakery department of Kroger supermarket at minimum wage, Dublin city, Ohio state.
In addition to usual study and research work, participation in Ohio state K-11 education, Dr. Yi did work for about 10 hour per week part time for a few week at the Deli-Bakery department of Kroger supermarket at minimum wage. Yi did walk to and back from the store in the evening, and continue to observe the heaven and earth (ref. 7 star formation in summer does change to a different formation at the top of the sky in winter). At the end of my employment, the worker union was not helpful to let me work there.
(16) Anno Domini year 2008 to 2016 No wage payment for work by one of the best professional in the world, Ohio state, USA.
Dr. Yi did practise the usual home teaching, study and research, website development and publication, computer programming, weather, earth and heaven observation, such as of solar and lunar eclipse,
sunlight projection and shadow, influence of planet configuration on weather. There is new health problem with living in house in USA. Yi did strive to use a little garden space to plant vegetable to teach children. Yi did review and rework on the practical conclusion of two past research thesis. Yi did also work on improvement of resume with key word. Yi did email an article to the 2008 Beijing Olympics Science convention in GuangZhou and assist the World Olympics a success. Yi did research the correct Chinese name for the two English word "OLYMPIA" (Ao4 Lin2) and "OLYMPIC EVENT" (Au4 Lin2 Yun4 Dong4 Hui4).
The Chinese English translation of "Zheng4 Ni4 (Yi4)" and "Justice Rights" did take several year of thinking and writing. Yi did continue to send research paper to the dispatching unit of the Zhong Nan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy [year 1985 Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, year 2000 Central South University].
Dr. Yi did try to find native tribe in U.S.A. and Canada without success. Yi did send email to U.S. former president Clinton and Carter and U.S. presidential candidate Barack Obama and John McCain. Yi did send email to the Chinese embassy, consulate general, ministry of various level. It is rare to receive any reply to letter or email, including job application. There has been essentially no success with application for job or research funding.
From 2008 to 2013, besides the above usual study and research work, Yi did work on the passport impasse contradiction together with the definition of justice rights etc.. Dr. Yi did also undertake the review of Chinese 9 year rights duty eduation, volunteer rights duty high study and research, going abroad volunteer rights duty high study and research, constitution charter from year 1947 to 1954 to year 2004, etc.. Dr. Yi did discover past health problem due to skin damage by hard powder medicine and find cure.
From year 2012 to 2016 to 2018, Dr. Yi did continue to work on the past research writing for improvement and perfection, with new invention and discovery. Yi did continue to study different place of the world and the earth. Dr. Yi did write to correct positively the wrong mathematics formula that two negative number multiplication or division is equal to a positive number, to correct the English Chinese translation of keyword and title, to write English Chinese textbook for rights duty education and volunteer rights duty with criticism of historic and current practice of passport, job contract etc. certificate, etc.. Dr. Yi did continue to explain, improve and extend past research thesis invention and discovery, naming and partial translation into Chinese language
(ref. 1991 to 2009 naming and English Chinese translation: "Xin1 Guang1 XYZT matter energy nearly elastic system vibration and wave propagation
unity as well as revolution (including straight line or curve path) theorem"). Through worldwide web information, Dr. did compare weather in China and in USA. Besides visual observation of river, stream and pond water, Dr. Yi did do simple water quality comparison experiment to let water, in plastic ice cube container for refrigerator, to evaporate with time, and observe the left over dust. Yi did use automatic water and pond water to water vegetable plant separately and observe harvest. Rain water is always good for plant growth. Goose shit, pond water in dry and sunny day, and harmful insect removal with chopstick, did significantly increase harvest. Yi and other people have experience and observation of the long term effect of water and food. One can find out that snow and rain water are relatively pure water.
But, writing and communication effort to retrieve year 1984 forever free of charge Chinese passport and to request ministration or find wage payment for independent work as well as other job is yet to succeed. Again, this does indicate the huge cost of unrighteous passport etc. certificate practice by country bureaucrat, and of ignorance of people self power. There is immediate need to learn and study rights duty and carry on volunteer rights duty, extend uphold justice rights, correct positively mistaken error.
