Two exams - 70-292 & 70-296 to upgrade from MCSE 2000 to MCSE 2003.
70-292 gets an MCSE 2000 the MCSA 2003 (whether they have MCSA 2000
or not)
Both exams gets an MCSE 2000 to MCSE 2003

According to:
http://www.microsoft.com/Traincert/mcp/mcse/windows2003/upgrade.asp
It looks like an MCSE 2000 needs to take and pass two exams to become
an
MCSE 2003. But when you read the exam descriptions, one is for
MCSA and one
is for MCSE. So I am confused. Is it one exam or two exams
for an MCSE
2000 to become an MCSE 2003?
