Don't make your choice on value in the job market, because you will
be
sorely disappointed in the IT job market right now.
Besides that warning...the MCSE is a more demanding cert to achieve,
so
you can expect that it generally will be more respected and known than
the MCSA.

Gretings to all
I`m new in this Cert Branch I`ll try to reach my mcse. Until now I`ve
finished all Ground Cores from Microsoft. I have also finished the
70-218 MsPress Book.
I learnd a lot out of MsPress Books but in the Exams there wehre always
tons of Question that have never been mentioned in these books.
The Core 70-218 is the next I want to reach my question is : Are there
too tonns of non mention questions ?? Ore is this Exam Easy?
I was really good at the ground Cores allways over 90 % do I have a
change with the knowlege from these Cores at the Exam 70 - 218?
If you have finished the cores 210 - 215 - 216 and 217 for MCSE and
you know your stuff then take 218 as an easy elective.

EFS is available only on Windows 2000 NTFS volumes. Copying or moving
the
file or folder to another file system removes the encryption and returns
the
file to its normal format. The exception to this is files and folders
that
are stored by Windows 2000 Backup. Files and folders remain encrypted
on the
backup media.

I have a question regarding EFS which I hoped someone could answer.
If a file that is encrypted with Windows 2000 EFS is moved to a FAT32
partition, it loses its encryption, correct? If this is true,
the EFS seems
greatly flawed because someone could steal the harddrive, import it
into
another W2K system, take ownership, copy it to a FAT32 partition and
boom,
have access to all the data.
Am I missing something? TIA

Hi Everyone,
I've used an MS Press book for my last 4 MCSE tests and I enjoyed them,
however the MS Press book for the 70-221 is boring the hell out of
me.
Are there any better books for this exam?
Christopher.
