Microsoft has changed the repuirements for the MCP certification.
Effective October 1, 1998,
a candidate who has passed any current certification exam (not retired
as of October 1, 1998)
earns the Microsoft Certified Professional certification. (The exception
is Exam 70-058:
Networking Essentials; passing this exam alone will not certified an
individual as an MCP.)
Our records show that you have passed at least one MCP exam that previously
did not
certify you as an MCP. Because of the change in requirement, however,
you have now
automatically earned the credential and will receive all MCP benefits
