Cut the collar strip to length, using the shirt as a guide. Allow for some extra length for fitting. Bend the 2 seams of the collar strip rough side of the fabric out and press them flat. Sew to shape. Cut out alongside the stitching and press flat. |

Turn the collar inside out so that the dressed side of the fabric is outside. |
