My tips:
Cast Bio on the NORG Pod to poison it. For some reason, this thing can withstand Thunder, but not Poison...? Meh, it's an advantage, anyway.
Make sure to attack his Orbs (that's the things on the side of the Pod, you dirty-minded person!) to stop him from using poweful magic. The Orbs change from Blue to Yellow to Red. As long as they are both Blue, his attacks will be limited. One of them is Psycho Blast - a powerful physical attack.
Use Reflect to bounce his attacks right back at him. If you need to heal yourself when Reflected, use Potions and the like.
Summon Diablos and cast Demi on NORG to lower his HP. Use Limit Breaks to help you along.
The Left Orb has Life, so Stock a lot of that.
Also, be sure to Draw Leviathan. It has some very cool abilities.
