My tips: Cast Protect on all three characters, as these things oil attacks do loads of damage. Sometimes, it will go up to a character and starting sucking away at their HP.
Junction Fire to your Elem-Atk-J and attack, while the two other characters cast double Fire magic and summon Ifrit. If Ifrit is boosted enough, he'll usually take them both out. But I'd prefer to keep these things alive for a while to Draw Cura/aga and Esuna.
