| Elite Soldier and 2 GIM52As: Location: D-District Prison Scan Info: Elite Soldier - An officer acting together with Galbadian soldiers. Defeat him first, before he uses recovery magic on the other soldiers. GIM52A - A Galbadian machine that attacks with magic and missiles. The more advanced models use high-powered beams. HP: Elite Soldier - 148-4940 GIM52A - 1431-19400 Very weak against: None Weak against: Elite Soldier- Poison GIM52A - Thunder, Earth, Water Strong against: None Very strong against: None Has no effect: Elite Soldier - None GIM52A - Poison Absorbs: None Draw Possibilities: Elite Soldier - Fira, Thundara, Blizzara, Scan, Dispel GIM52A - Haste, Slow, Esuna, Dispel AP Gained: 8 AP Items Gained: Screw (8), Missile (4), Tent (1) My tips: Take out the Elite Soldier, first. He casts Status magic such as Aura and Shell on the robots (although, he seem to have a liking for the robot on his left...). Draw-Cast or Cast Slow on the Elite Soldier to delay his attacks for a while. Make sure to Stock plenty of Hastes from the GIM52As. Use Quezacotl or the Brothers to hurrry this battle along, although it can easily be done withoout resorting to GFs, it'll just take longer, especially the robots... their health is just so damn high! An attack to watch out for is 'Micro Missile'. It's a kind of Demi. It'll half your character's health. For example, if you have 1000 health and you get hit by Micro Missiles, then it'll do 500 damage, leaving you with 500 HP. So basically, whatever damage it does to you is how much HP you will have left. The Missile you get after winning can be used to help Quistis learn Micro Missiles, which is pretty good. |
