My tips: Easy as pie, this guy. Draw a few Cures and proceed to blat him with physical attacks. His attack consists of running up to a character and biting them... hmmm.
A single GF should beat him. Cast Protect during this fight to lessen the damage caused by his true form - Gerogero...

My tips: This one's a bit harder, as you may have guessed. There actually is an incredibly simple way to beat him without even directly attacking him. Just use a Phoenix Down on him and poof, no more boss!
But I'm sure a lot of us are a bit hardier and want to have a good old scrap with this bruiser.
First off, he uses a lot of status attacks, so make sure you've got Esuna and/or status removing items. He will occassionally thunk you with his huge club arm which will cause status changes most of the time.
Use Ifrit to cause insane amounts of damage to him. Cure will also damage him, since he's undead. Remember this fact. It's useful.
If a character gets Silenced, remove as soon as possible, because if you leave it and all 3 characters get Silenced, then you'll only have Attack and Item to use. So draw lots of Esunas (which are kind of rare among monsters) and put them to good use.
Don't forget to Stock plenty of his good status magic such as Double which come in handy later in the game.
