- Newcomers will be interviewed by the guildleader or the guild recruiter. If an interview is not set, the newcomer is expected to tell us his or her background history throughout the guild's trial period either by forums or in guild. The guild's trial period usually lasts from one to two weeks.
- We do not accept nor tolerate scammers, botters, macroers or any third party program users into the guild.
- If you are not familiar with any of the guildmates within the guild, get to know them better. See how you fit in the guild and post any problems that you might encounter in the process. If you cannot reach the guild leader, you can message him outside of guild or just post in forums to let others know how you feel. I am sure that a lot of us may be busy at times and not be able to respond quickly. Nevertheless, we will do our best to come to your assistance.
- You must at all times be respectful and not insult anyone outside and inside of the guild. If you get mad at something, just log off then come back later. If you leave the guild purposely to come back at some later time, your guild spot will automatically be forfeited if another player wants to join.
War of Emperium
(Wednesday 3-5pm PST, Saturday 7-9pm PST)
- Be able to think positively in order to hold yourself together during WoE.
- Respect others as they will respect you back in return.
- WoE enables for a guild fund, which rewards equipment to our dedicated members.
- You are fighting with a family of friends to protect and to serve.
- We have allies that may need our help in defending or sieging at crucial times.
- If you find yourself guildless after a WoE that you have missed. Do not panic!! Your spot in the guild might have been needed at the time for someone online to WoE in your place. If you are guildless after a WoE, make sure to PM one of the guildmates still in the guild to get a re-invite.
- You are only permitted to miss WoE under these valid circumstances:
- Work or class coincides directly with WoE times.
- An emergency situation has come up in your schedule.
- Your sleeping schedule conflicts with WoE times.
- You have notified the guild either in-game or on the forum that you will not be able to attend.
