THE NEW LIFE IN CHRIST

ABOUT THE MODERATOR OF THIS BLOG

Since I was young my parents especially my mom taught me how to pray, go and attend Church service and listen to the Pastor preaching. My fathers' religion before was Jehovah's Witness and my mom is protestant. It's a very long story what lead my dad opted to stand no religion at this time, but the words of God he learned before never been forgotten on his mind, but being neglected ones through his deeds. On the other hand, most of my relatives in my mother side are protestant in religion. Since I was born until the age of 23 I always attend the Church Service.

In attending church service, I know something but not well enough for me to answer the questions about life and things going on in my environment that always pop-up in my mind. It is still fresh in my mind how my cousin and I striving to know more about God and to learn the Words of God. We both go together and attended church services. We've been in so many churches attending services or mass just to find the answers of our longings. Honestly speaking, I 've learned to sing variety of Christian songs from one of the Bible Believing Churches that we attended. Through attending fellowship and bible study with my brothers and sisters in Christ that's the very first time I know how to read the Bible properly and do praise and worship that really rejuvenate my soul.

You probably asked why just only at that time? Haven't your parents taught you how to read and and tell stories in the Bible?

We have bible at home, but due to chaotic situation that we faced at that time looked back when I was still 1-yr old until 14-yr old, my dad had so many vices thatmany of my relatives and friends knew. Because of my dad’s misleading way, we his family are affected. We are following in the righteous path in life because my mom really has great Faith in God and she always reminds us the commandments of God.

My older brother ones been mislead in crossing the path in life due to my dad’s vices, and the same time, I personally keep seeking the answers why these things happened to my family, why us? Why my mom needs to be mistreated with my dad? Why my dad let Satan used him that I believed by dad knows about God more than I do for he has been a servant of God when he was still young? Why our family facing turmoil in life? Why there are so many problems that for me very heavy to carry? Is there really God? Does He listen and answer my prayers? How to pray that God can hear and grant my prayers? Why life very unfair? Why there are problems? Why do we have to sacrifice something?

Are those aforementioned questions familiar to you? Do you also asked same questions that I asked myself before?

What about this time, do you have questions that never been answered yet and you need clarification of things going on? Do you want to know Lord Jesus Christ but don’t know how?

This is the very reason why I made this blog. Like you, I was ones lost but now found, since before I’m very, very eager to seek the answers of all my questions and to know and learn more about God and to be closer to Him.

I GOT ALL THE ANSWERS.. My father turned to a new leaf on August 8, 1998

I GOT SAVED…. when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Personal Savior.

I GOT SAVED…. when my second parents witnessed me.

I GOT SAVED…. when I surrender everything to God.

I GOT SAVED…. when I repented my sins and believed that God Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for my sins and He was crucified , died and buried and the third day He rose again. I received Him as my Savior and because of my Faith I have everlasting life,

"He that has the Son has life” I John 5:12

“ Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved, and thy house”. Act. 16:31

Last November 18, 2007 my husband and I were baptized in the Charity Baptist Church-the church that we both stand as Christians. Through attending Sunday school, Church Service and read bible we learned a lot and we are guided with the Words of God.

Pastor Tom Gresham our Church Pastor is the one who encourage me most how to be closer to God. He provided us some booklets “The New life In Christ” that helped a lot to me and my husband in our fellowship to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Since I read the courses, my questions been answered. Now, for me, everything is clear and transparent, even it cost my life, I will always remain IN CHRIST! For He is my strength, He is the “I’AM”, He is the one I ever longed since before in my whole life!

As what Apostle Paul said, “ To live is Christ , to dies is gain” Philippians 1:21

I do believe that the booklet entitled “New Life In Christ” can encourage individuals to read their BIBLE and to see the light that God has offered for us to be awaken

“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure” Philippians 2: 13

“Do all things without murmurings and disputings; “ Philippians 2:14

“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that JESUS CHRIST is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” Philippians 2: 10-11
