This is a sample of the "Boxed" style top border, as you can see it has
a straight edge to it. The benefit of this type of Top Border is that
it allows you to use a different color for the main page background, Which
you can not do with the "Fancy" style top border.
On this page, I've changed the background a few shades lighter from the "fancy" border page.
