I am using Cingular wireless service currently. Compare to what I had before, that is, T-Mobile, Cingular has a better network because it has better reception in the area that I usually go. I get reception in the basement, elevators, underground muni, and many other places. Another good thing about Cingular service is that they have Rollover Minutes. The unused minutes from this month would roll over to the next month. So, the minutes do go away. However, I personally think that Cingular charges too much taxes.
I had T-Mobile service before I transfered to Cingular. I changed the service provider not becuase I don't like the service, but because I can get a new phone. That's actually the reason why I keep switching. T-Mobile first started in the East Coast. Their reception in the areas that I usually go is not as good as Cingular. There is no reception in the basement and elevators. Though the service is not very good, T-Mobile gives you more minutes and charges you less tax.
