Let's  unlock  *. ccf  ( i.e. CommView Capture File )  by means of  UltraEdit

1)  allpackets.mac ,  netbios_names.mac   ( from  UE macros )   ->   macros  directory .
2)  Box  "File Types" -> "CommView Capture File" (CCF) -> "Edit File Type" -> "New Action" ->
  ->   all packets        [path]\Uedit32.exe /M,E="[path]\allpackets.mac" "%1" ,
        netbios names   [path]\Uedit32.exe /M,E="[path]\netbios_names.mac" "%1" .

Now  we  can  unlock  *. ccf  and  extract  netbios  names  from  context  menu :
