A4P have no function to export files.

a4p - check proxylist,
CommView v2.3 - save IP Statistics in HTML.
Offline:
(1) visual part of proxylist in a4p window - capture as text
by means of Kleptomania (http://www.structurise.com/kleptomania/);
scroll and goto (1).
formatting proxylist by means of UltraEdit
(search & replace, sort, del duplicate, macros, etc).
