did you setup your PGPNet incorrectly? You may have selected something in there that prohibits you from connecting to anything but a specific computer with your pgp key.
Try turning PGPNet "Off" temporarily and see what happens. If it fixes the problem, go back into PGPNet and remove the applicable checkmarks.
As always, make sure you have your browser set to the same ip address and port values as indicated on the Mproxy "Option" popup. The proper value to set your browser to is at the bottom of the popup when you select "Properties" from the Mproxy menu in the tasktray. Hope that helps.
