I guess you know that A4Proxy shows its' proxy server list in a small window (not resizable) and it's not possible to do copy/paste or export.  

I used the following programs (in that order) to steal the list:  

1. HyperSnap-DX Pro v3.62 ( http://www.hyperionics.com/ )  
2. Kleptomania v2.1 ( http://www.structurise.com/kleptomania/ )  
3. Microsoft Word 2000 v9.0 (Build 2812)  

Download the demo version of program 1 & 2 from the web site and register them with key generators (which you can find on http://astalavista.box.sk ).  

1. With HyperSnap I captured the whole list from A4Proxy as a graphic. HyperSnap automatically scrolls down the window of A4Proxy and captures the whole list as one single graphic !  
2. With Kleptomania you can copy/paste a text (the program must know the font of course) from a graphic !!! Now you already have the list as a text. I pasted it part by part into WinWord.  
3. In WinWord I used the search/replace function to bring the text into the correct format. I only needed the column with the ports and the column with the host name for MultiProxy. A cool function of WinWord is to do a vertical selection of text (not complete lines) by keeping pressed the ALT key and then do a block selection of text with the mouse.
