chronic, chron: Powerful weed
cream: Used to describe a large amount smoke coming off of burning weed
filler: Legal herbs or tobacco smoked with weed
grinder: Used to crush up a nug into much smaller pieces, usually for rolling purposes (pic)
head shop: A store selling marijuana related accessories, sometimes mistaken as "hedge shop"

resonated, rezzed: 1.Strengthened weed, usually by a resonator.
2. A pipe or bong that has been used many times without being cleaned is "resonated", meaning there is lots of ash and resedue leftover inside the object.
resonator, rezzer: A chamber between the bowl and where you inhale. weed is kept in this chamber while you smoke weed, so smoke travels through the weed to get to your mouth. The weed is eventually taken out of the resonator and smoked
roach: The stiff piece of card in the end of every good joint. It helps stabalize the joint and keeps it from getting soggy. It can also act as a filter.

Terms and slang can change quite extremely from area to area and person to person. One group of smokers may use completely different terms, or have completely different meanings for a term.
