Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 ounce or chopped weed, stems and seeds removed
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Cooking
1. Preheat oven to 350F, 180C
2. In a large bowl mix the butter and sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy
3. Beat the egg and vanilla extract
4. In a medium sized bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and salt
5. Stir all the ingredients from the medium bowl into the large bowl. Add your weed and the nuts. Stir until it's creamy.
6. Put some baking paper on a cooking pan
7. Put tablespoon sized portions serperately on to your pan
8. Cook for 10 to 13 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and the centers are soft. DO NOT OVERCOOK
9. When you remove the tray, the cookies will be HOT, so let them cool on the tray for a couple minutes, then store them in an airtight container.
