      - Sr. Support Analyst Engineer III. 
      - TopLink Instrumentation Lead.
      - Provided technical support to Oracle application server customers using Oracle’s technologies of: TopLink, OC4J/J2EE, HTTP server, etc.
      - Designed, implemented and deployed production tools to assist Analysts with active casework.
      - Assisted customer with the implementation of large scale Java applications (all aspects).
      - Produced weekly report on all customer reported bugs, with the TopLink product, to developer management team, to ensure timely resolution on issues during acquisition stage.
      - Assisted TopLink development by creating unit test cases to improve code coverage.
      - In TopLink development rotation I assisted developers working on the EJB 3.0 specification implimentation. 
      - Created Java servlet to generate a standard web site look and feel to share knowledge used in daily work.

      - Provided technical support for worldwide Java customers in all WebGain 
        products: VisualCafe, TopLink, Structure Builder, AC, QA, BD
      - Supported the most popular Java IDE on the market
      - Assisted customers with the implementation of large scale Java applications
      - Experience with Java EJB, servlets, JSP, applets, applications
      - Answered technical phone calls and emails from customers
      - Assisted in weekly case audit and statistics reports

        tracking team statistics using different Java technologies
