  We witness 
  The Death of
  
  Love's once-sweet
  Flower.
  
  Dead, it sits
  Abandoned in
  A garden 
  Of Despair
  
  Lifeless,
  Alone,
  Forgotten.
  
  A once 
  Beautiful
  Flower turned
  To mulch
  
  Ground into
  The midnight
  Black
  Dirt
  
  By Fate's
  Eternal
  Footprints.
